Awesome customer service. Called them and within 10 mins they were sending someone for a pre-sell inspection. When I decided to cancel the inspection, they returned the full service fee even though their mechanic was already on the way. I recommend them 💯

They misdiagnosed my car, and the total repair ended up costing me over $1200. One of their techs came and said I needed new spark plugs and engine coils and charged $600. The car immediately didn’t work even though the tech claimed the check engine light was off. I took it to a regular shop and the real issue was the fuel injector which cost another $600. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. And they refused to refund the diagnostic fee even though they misdiagnosed the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would. *Update not only that but the owner just lied in the comments saying I didn’t do his suggested repairs. I have now attached screenshots proving I did. He gave me the run around after I told him his tech did not do the job correctly. He then never refunded the diagnostic fee. His tech suggested a repair that was not needed, and not only did I do the repair that was suggested, but when I found out it was a misdiagnosis I ONLY requested he refund the diagnostic fee. Not even the fee for the scam work they did just the diagnostic fee. This service is as dishonest as it gets.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO! Don’t waste your money. I paid 700$ to get my starter fixed when it only took him 14 min EXACTLY to put it on. The owner doesn’t know anything about cars he is just used Google to figure out pricing. Charged me 125$ for “diagnostic” when I told him it was the starter anyways. Just a scammer ! Also the guy he sent to work on my car EXTREMELY unprofessional. He came to my job with the music BLASTING rap and cuss words !! And then threw his whole tool box on the ground in the parking lot !! Just the worst experience PLEASE NEVER EVER WASTE UR MONEY HERE

Great service, came within an hour. Had me back on the road in less than 2 hours after I was on a road trip from Denver Colorado and thought I was for sure gonna have to tow my car to a shop. But thanks to them I barely had to lift a finger.

DFW Mobile Mechanics helped me out after my car broke down on the tollway while traveling back home to OK. They gave me a good deal and got it done pretty quickly even after waiting a bit for the parts. Definitely recommend them if you ever need someone on a weekend!

Fantastic experience! With my car not turning on, and already diagnosing that it's not a battery issue, I was concerned it would be super expensive. Not only did they diagnosed it fast, but they replaced the part and had it back to me so quick. And with great communication throughout. The price was fair, and considerably less than I thought I might be in for Couldn't recommend them more. It's definitely my go to for all my car needs
