I sent my car to this shop 09/01/24 they called about a week later and said what was wrong with my car and that the total would be 1800 but will do it for 1400..I called multiple times to check the update of the car basically they just continued giving me the run around..fast forward to 12/13/24 they finally called and said I can come pick up my car !! Noticed minor issues with the car that I made clear wasn’t there prior to me bringing my car ( I had just purchased the car beginning of September) I go home and something said find my title to match my vin numbers and THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE VEHICLE!! Went back up there with police talked etc etc , that next Monday 12/16/24 they called and said they had MY ACTUAL CAR TO COME GET IT !! Have my niece go pick it up soon as she gets home and parked it in the driveway it would not come back on !! So I made a review they asked me to delete it and they would fix my car the proper way so that next day 12/17/24 they picked the car BACK UP !! They called 12/20/24 and said that my car was completed and was starting and to come get it…mind you I said I had just got the car so I never even got a chance to get my plates and tags just yet…so since I haven’t got those things I haven’t drove it since the day I picked it up on 12/20…drove it to the gas station on Christmas and it started making a weird noise car super loud my my stepdad look at it and my WHOLE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS GONE and straight piped up there !! You can tell it was a fresh job that had just been done…. 0/10 TERRIBLE SERVICE , SCAMMERS , AND THIEVES !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM!!!! SIDE-NOTE ALSO WHEN I GOT NY TRUCK BACK IT WAS GLASS ALL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR AS IF A WINDOW WAS BUSTED AND REPLACED!!! Been trying to talk about the situation with the owner they wanna play games and not respond to the BBB

This place is a scam. They damage more than they fix and will lie and not take any accountability. They only have one mechanic, and that mechanic will break parts and lie. The manager will become disrespectful if you call them and refuse to fix any of the damages they caused. You will be returning frequently to them asking whats the new issue you didnt have before they touched your car.

I took my car to them was having problems with my car overheating back in May they had to replace me engine 2 times after that have my Jeep for months lost my job they kept putting bad engines in my car once I finally got my car back the end of May then I had to give it back to them again cause the engine still wasn't fix's right now today I write a bad review one of the employees tony called me cause I wrote a review asking me what happen I tell him I took it to a different shop this morning cause it was overheating they tell me the ac compressor was bad and had to be replace when they put the engine in so tony tells me they put my old ac compressor off my old engine on before I had to replace my engine I had ac so if you put new engine why put old parts on and never told me the ac compressor was bad now times goes on in driving an my car over hearing an the only thing tony tells me is Moe is mad cause I wrote a review I'm pissed I'm out of car bout to lose my job again and they don't care the services is very horrible I don't recommend no one to go there re bad place to take care to get fix all this money I spent on my car for it still not to be right he it is November got my car end of May make it make sense

worst experience ever. they lie to you. Tony is almost incompetent as all he does is lie. customer service is horrible and they never fixed my vehicle. I've paid them and my vehicle still isn't working properly. I have a warranty with them but I will chalk it up take the loss and go anywhere else to stay away from complete auto care on Greenfield rd.

Not only was I charged an extra 125 but my tire popped off on the freeway the next day. Tried to call and get it resolved but I’m not going to pay twice for your fxck up. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
