On my way home from work my car dies and would not restart. From my first phone call to ask if I could tow my car ASAP to when I picked it up, everyone was very kind, professional and up front about the process. The text message invoice and updates were really nice and so easy to see what needed done and what I wanted to take care of that day. I couldn’t pick up my car for a few days after it was done too and it was no problem at all. Car drives great I’m very happy with the whole process, felt I was in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My prior mechanic shop of thirty years closed and I was referred to Detroit Auto Clinic by a downtown electrical auto system specialist. I could not have been happier with the prompt replacement of my original battery on my 2016 Ford Focus and the overall check on my battery/starter/alternator system. Cold and wet this past weekend and the car sat outside, but started and ran like new on Monday morning thanks to Detroit Auto Clinic’s prompt, courteous, and thorough service for a very fair price. I am a grateful new customer and will go back there for any future needs on either of our two cars.

We had wheel bearings replaced, and an oil change at another date. Professional service. There was no one waiting, so they doubled up on the workers to keep our wait time down. Friendly, and professional, coupled with reasonable costs, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you guys for being a place we can trust.

Disappointed ! Took my car in for new struts all around, new thermostat and new rack and pinion. Didn’t want the diagnostic because I’ve had the car looked at 3 times already so didn’t want to pay another $130. Talked with Josh at drop off about it and was told, well if anything else happens why your car is here we didn’t do a diagnostic so it’s not looked at. (Sounds fishy) Get in my car after the repairs and now suddenly the power steering pump is whining like it’s being deprived of power steering fluid. Now Brady says “well, you didn’t want to pay for the diagnosis. So we can’t tell you what’s wrong.” It was NOT having any issues with my power steering BEFORE I took it in and now suddenly overnight the pump went out when it was perfectly fine yesterday and the belt was replaced a month ago. Make it make sense. I feel like they pinched a line or did something to sabotage my power steering to get more money from me. I decided to take my car home anyways but the whole way it was SCREAMING!! I will be getting a second opinion about this!! *** response to owner comment. My power steering was working PERFECT when I brought my car in and it was NOT screaming at all. Matter of fact it was just checked by Toyota here in Cleveland and the belt was replaced and 2 other mechanics in Arizona both said the pump was fine. I have MULTIPLE people that will state the car and power steering were just fine when I took my car in. The rack and pinion needed replaced because the boots were torn and you can’t replace just the boots.

My car was broke down for 2 almost 3 months took the car to multiple shops and no one could get it back up and running , took it to Detroit auto clinic and got me back up in running the next day.very Reliable shop

Brady & Team are awesome. Great Communication, gave us a in-depth diagnostic on the car and what needs done to make it last for many more years ( shocker a 2018 Subaru needs a lot of work.) Maintained consistency in pricing given over the phone & was quick to accommodate me. Appreciate the team, the communication and the in-depth diagnostics.

Great experience for my first time there! Checked all areas of my vehicle and explained what needed done, importance of making sure those issues were taken care of as well as explaining what each part does to make the vehicle run better. The technicians are very knowledgable and don’t push you into getting services done that aren’t necessary. I am extremely satisfied with the main issue I took my vehicle in for and I am so happy I found a reliable and trustworthy facility to come back to! Thank you all again :)

I have a 2018 Mercedes-Benz. I was reluctant to take it to Detroit Auto Clinic;. However, I was impressed at the service I received. The detailed analysis of what my car needed being five years old. The attention courtesy and professionalism was amazing. I recommend Detroit Auto Clinic; to anyone with a Luxury vehicle.

Do not come here for brake work. Brake pads and calipers were changed here. Everything went bad in just over a year. Company states they won't fix anything because it's been just over a year. My new mechanic said their parts were cheap and broke quickly. I was hopeful they would be good to work with from all the good reviews, but this has been an awful experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Josh and the team were nothing short of amazing. I called before they opened, they answered and they took me that morning after I was in distress and in need of repair on my wrangler. My car was fixed that day! From beginning to end, Josh was very communicative, sent a detailed estimated quote, talked me through what was needing to be fixed on my car before I accepted the quote and made me feel comfortable with the care of my car. Top tier place, top tier people - professional, respectful, honest! I highly recommend! :)

What a COSTLY Let down! I had given this shop my two front wheel hub assemblies to replace wheel bearings. I supplied the new ones and When I got them back the new bearing I supplied was destroyed along with the sheaves inside the wheel hub which weren’t damaged in the first place and will no longer even fit over my cv axle! The Price to get new parts to replace the ones they damaged cost as much as they charged me to do the job. too much $$$ wasted. Unbelievable.
