Derbys auto is a great company. I used them last year when I was hit by an uninsured driver in Massachusetts. Jeff and Josh fixed my truck in a timely manner (meaning from when they received all the parts to when it was complete was timely, waiting for the parts to get there did take sometime but as Jeff will tell you he doesn't make the parts he only purchases them.) This is one of the hardest industries to own a business in because the insurance company's control everything about it. Treat these guys with respect or pretty soon no one will be around to do this stuff and you'll have the monopolizing dealerships to deal with instead.

I had some auto body damage from a hit and run accident, one of my friends recommended I go to derby auto to get my car fixed. Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, he works with insurance, he’s very prompt with replying to customers, and the staff is friendly. I will be going back to derby auto if I have any other car issues! Thank you!!

I've had nothing but great service from Derby Auto. On more than one occasion he's used OEM parts even though the insurance company would only cover after market. Jeff always goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.

I had a rust spot around my wheel well area, previous owner rolled out the wheel wells making it look bubbly and ended up cracking the paint on my car. I just got my car back from here to fix that problem and it looks beautiful!! I couldn't believe it was the same piece that was cracked and rusted I swear I thought he replaced it, it looks so good!

Fantastic. I hit a deer and my car was severely damaged. Derby Auto fixed everything and you can’t even tell it ever happened. Great paint blending, everything lines up, the interior work was perfect as well. Very impressive talent, highly recommended!

I had a lot of problems with my truck and I didn’t hear anything about my truck for at least 2 months. I had dropped of my truck at one place which is High Torque in Hudson NH and 3 weeks later my truck was was gone remind you I had already paid High Torque the deposit. Two months later my wife received a phone call from Derby’s Auto asking for another $3,977.00 and now I want to get my truck back and he was very mean and unprofessional to me when I called to see why he wants more money when I already paid. I got an email two days ago from the insurance company with paperwork with extra money he got to fix the truck and he forged my signature giving them permission to send the check!! And he didn’t even bother to call me and ask me for permission to start working on my truck and to get the check. I’m just letting everyone know these two places screwed me I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing I did. This is a very stressful situation. -Luis Pacheco

I will only go to Derby Autobody for bodywork done on my car. They work above and beyond for veteran’s and value their customers. They even communicate with the insurance agency if an appraisal is too low rather than putting the stress on you. Thanks again guys!
