Been in Charlotte for years and rather for used tires, new tires, or sending referrals, Depot tires has always taken care of me or whoever I referred! Today, as in a pinch and had to get 2 new tires randomly and quickly on my wife's car! Santiago took care of me and literally mins after being in waiting area, vehicle was being worked on! Recommend these guys for sure!!

Jonathan the main coordinator sales was AMAZING !! I called he gave me advice and a good price for my flat tire. The service was fast, he helped me to get to my appointment. It only took 30 mins to get me in and out. This is my car mechanic from now on very reliable ! They do all cars even BMW. Thank youuu !!!!

They are usually pretty reasonable when it comes to price. They don't always have my size tire. Overall they're a pretty convenient shop.

Lleve mi carro para reparar lo que se necesitaba para pasar la inspección y quitar la luz de check engine qué tenía encendida, solo el fin de semana paso apagada, el lunes a primera hora traté de realizar inspección pero la luz se encendio de nuevo, lo lleve a reclamo y solo resetearon la luz y me pidieron correr el carro, lo hice y aun así la luz se encendio de nuevo, tuve que llevar mi carro a otro taller y reparar por lo que supuestamente ya había pagado en este taller, son una estafa.

Johnathan and his team had me set up with new rear shocks and two tires replaced for under $650 within an hour of diagnosing my car's issues. The staff was likeable and easy to work with, and they were good sports about having to dig through the mountain of tools in my trunk to replace those shocks! About as perfect as a day of car repairs can go 🙂

Fui hacer el alineamiento por mi esposo porque el estaba trabajado, me dijeron que las llantas estaban malas y que no me iba a dar garantía, mi esposo cambió las llantas 1 mes atrás y todo estaba bien, cuando me entregó el carro el timón estaba chueco y duro, mi esposo se molestó regresamos con el recibo y ya en presencia de él no dijo nada sobre la garantía ni de las llantas y era el mismo tipo que me atendió ami, tuvieron q hacer de nuevo el alineamiento y está vez si lo entregaron bien No me parece justo que solo porque sea mujer se quieran aprovechar

Can I give a minus 5? The hubby went to this place for an emergency tire change, his had a nail and was not repairable as per the coordinator. He accepted the new, well refurbished tire, and was told to go wait at the waiting room. He told the coordinator that his wallet was in the car and he replied dont worry when we bring you the car you can take it to pay. Thank God he doesn't follow instructions and stayed. The mechanics were taking out the good tire in the back. So he told the "coordinator" and he radio his instructions once again. Then a long waiting period started. When he asked why his car was sitting after the tire change was done, and mechanics were going on break, he was told it was because he was not at the waiting room. He went to the waiting room and waited some more again. Finally one of the ladies at the front called his name, he walk to her and told her about the wallet being in the car. She got so upset that he could read it in her face, so finally after the evil eye she said " well let's go to the car" and kept the car keys, he tried to talk to her and she was rude, when they got to the car she tried to open it herself and she couldn't he had to ask for his keys to get the wallet after that she demanded the keys back to walk to the office, as if he was going to run without paying... and leaving the car? Finally after he paid he told her that he felt offended by her attitude towards him and she replied am doing my job by accompanying you to the car. So he asked so are you going to go back to my car with me now? Of course he didn't wait for a response NEVER WOULD WE GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, I wouldn't recommend it ....

They supposed to change my transmission because it was skipping I got my car back it was still skipping they over charge for the work they did they do not care about your car unless your Mexican

Good prices. But pretty unorganized and wait time is ridiculous! But sometimes it's worth dealing with for the low price. And they have always been upfront and honest with me. This is one of very few repair shops that I can trust in Charlotte. For me they have even diagnosed very complex problems right the first time.

Took too long. They changed one of the tires I bought for one of less quality, without telling me first. I noticed because I was outside making sure both tires were the same quality. Never go to the waiting room at this places. I asked them to change everything to my original tires, and I went somewhere else.

They do a good job when it comes to car inspections. So far never had an issue with that. But I will most likely not use their other services again because the last we brought our car to get ac repair they left a used can of a/c refiller inside the hood. An alert symbol lit up on the dashboard eventualy. When we checked the hood that is when we found the can. Thankfully we found it on time before it exploded. Its disappointing because years ago we had experienced great service when we bought tires. The people in the office and outside were always so attentaive back then. The managers were very nice and the owners were usually around. But during the last visit we hardly recognized anyone. I decided to update the review because I wouldn't want other car owners going through this.
