I have been going to Denvers for at least going on for 2 years now. There are a lot of repair shops out there with a lot going on but in the grand scheem of things Denver's Car Care has been a constant for me, They've done some major things for me, I won't bore you with the list but a few stand out, rear main seal, catalytic converter, just to name a few. Actually much, much more, a whole lot more. My car has had a lot of wierd perplexing problems that Denver's team has worked through for me, I'm grateful for them and their patience with me, Chris is great !!, he puts up with my utube diagnosis and then he and Denver show what the real deal is...lol. I do work on my car as well and I think people who work on their own cars can be extra difficult for any repair shop to work with. Thank you for your kindness and patience, I am honored to be one of your customers. Very honest, fair and consistant, great mechanics that have seen alot. Give them a chance to solve your car issues.

Called and spoke to Chris to ask a few questions…he was super kind, professional and helpful…he told me what time I could bring my car in (same day!)…his tech looked at my car right away and was able to fix the issue right then (simple fix). I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Will def use Denver’s again!

I have been a regular customer of Denver for over 20 years even back to when he provided mobile service. He is honest, efficient and knows his trade. I can't imagine taking my care anywhere else.

I had a problem with my brakes and needed to stay within the Napa network. Chris and Denver were amazing advocates. Chris cheerfully took my call each and every time I had a query and engaged in straight talk. One day later, I was able to get back on the road and my brake repair was done exceedingly well. There's a saying that people don't care how much you know until you know how much they care. Chris and Denver truly care. They are honest mechanics and terrific human beings. Looking forward to doing more business with them when in the Phoenix area.

10/10 from me! Recently bought a car from an auction, went to the dealership and was quoted almost what I paid for the car, Denver’s auto had amazing customer service, even gave my 2 year old coloring pages while we waited on our ride. 4 hours later car is done & driving brand new for half the price I was originally quoted! Thank you, I will be back!!!!

Avoid this place because the service is terrible. I had several repairs done at this shop and each one I have to return several times before it was fixed and I am currently disputing the last charge on my visa because when I drove out the dash indicator light came on again indicating the repair wasn't done. Then to make matters worse you'll get the run around when to return the car.

Denver auto care absolutely took care of me I came in and Denver assisted me I left my car over night, the next day I went back it worked a lot better. A few days later same issue was happening and he kept it overnight again, he informed me on the proper steps to take and what was happening and DID NOT charge me for the second look. him and his crew know what they are doing at a far better rate as well!

Great place! Denver's a friend. My rear brake quote was still $200 more than Big-O Tires for my BMW, so I had to go with Big-O. $200 is $200. I paid far less and got ceramic pads (quiet, no braking noise) but still, great service as Denver's. I understand that not every business can extend a good deal, but it does pay to shop around. Munich Motors was cheaper and they specialize in BMW service.

Update- Fiancé took his 7.3 diesel at end of summer (in Aug,I know I'm late posting) but was VERY disappointed this time. Got truck back & so many things wrong. First we told them to rotate tires, but it's 4x4. They rotated the tires but put the locking hubs on the rear tires. After spending $3k, we had to take it somewhere else as still doing all the same things & to find out, they put wrong coolant in truck, over silicone the thermostat, couldn't diagnose water pump wasn't pumping, Jimmy rigged some hose, & then didn't notice some a/c filter was disintegrating, which was one of main reasons truck was in shop (air not blowing cold). Not sure what the techs are doing in the back but not quality work anymore. First visit: Super friendly & knowledgeable, fit me in quickly, great prices! Cool shop cat that greets you at front desk

The clip that connects the clutch pedal to the clutch master cylinder snapped in half while driving it on Indian School, leaving me to have to push it across the street and a couple blocks back to my residence. The very next weekend I was able to not only get a tow truck, but also contacted Denver to see a time frame and estimate to have the clutch master cylinder replaced (I attempted to replace the clip myself only to have part of the clutch master cylinder snap off and needing to be completely replaced) Not only was Denver able to get my car in *that* same day, but also, have the work done and completed only 3-4 hours later! The pricing was fair and I was ecstatic to be able to have my car back to get to work the next day. Especially considering it was during the weekend! I will be bring my car back to Denver for whatever else I may need in the future, not only was he personable, but also friendly and ethical. When he found a part he thought may have come from my car, he kept contacting me to have me come in so he can verify - which I super appreciated. It turned out it had nothing to do with my vehicle but I felt better knowing he was ethical and wanted to make sure my vehicle would be alright

They kept my appointment time even though the front desk person was doing several different tasks. He may have been the owner but didn't introduce himself. Also, when I made the initial appointment for my oil change, I asked if they would check and top off the other fluids but I didn't see that on my receipt. Either way, I need a Guy and he's recommended by my friend that has used Denver's for years, so I will give it another try for my next service. Btw, don't use their website to book an appointment, because I didn't hear back, so I called in and that was quicker.
