It's always scary trying to find a car repair service that is acting with integrity with you. Since I am not the expert, I have to rely on their expertise and honesty in their estimates and their work. In my time I have run across more than a few places that I am pretty sure pumped up the cost to bill my insurer. But this guy Alex was super straightforward. I emailed a couple pics to him. He gave me an estimate saying he could get it to 90% for $xx. I agreed. He was flexible in scheduling according to my needs. He showed up on time. And he did the repair work right at my home over the course of an hour and a half. To me, it looks 99.5%. I couldn't be more satisfied with Alex and his work. It cost me just 15% of what a local body shop estimated. No claim to my insurer and so no higher insurance rates. No mark against my CarFax record and so maintaining the resale value. And I went into it thinking that if I was dissatisfied with the result, I could always go the expensive autobody and paint route. I highly recommend Alex. Before and after pics attached.

Five stars are not enough, Alex is a true craftsman. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs dent repair . Courteous, professional and very fairly priced for his level of skill and service.

Alex is a true artisan. He was able to seamlessly remove a few dents to both front fenders and a door in an elegant, paint and filler free way, it literally looks like nothing was ever there and trust me I have studied it in different lights. He is also professional, on time, efficient, a good communicator and an overall great guy. For anyone who cares about their car and can’t stand the sight of dents, Alex is your guy, hands down, bar none. Thank you again!!

Alex did fantastic fixing the dent and he also spent extra time help me remove the scratch / the touch up paint that I messed up... Now it's like 95% back, definitely beyond my expectation (There are some paint damage that cannot be fixed by PDR). Highly recommended.

Had no idea what to expect when I contacted Dents Master. With so many options available it's easy to pick the wrong company. Alex was awesome. He was responsive immediately after I contacted him. He arrived early and did a great job in much less time than I expected. I'm sure this is due to his years of experience and high quality of work. I had 4 small dings from car doors and other objects. After Alex finished, the dents literally vanished. Keep up the great work and I will be referring Dents Master to other family and friends!

I live in San Francisco and found Alex with Dents Master on Google maps, and texted him several photos of a large dent on the rear quarter of my truck. He provided an estimate and we agreed on an appointment time. He arrived at my home on time, inspected the dent and completed the repair in my garage exactly on his predicted schedule, and stayed true to his initial cost estimate. We chatted for a while afterwards and he seems like a hardworking and honest person. I would not hesitate to use his services again if needed.

I am extremely happy with Alex's work! First, we have scheduled a time and Alex was there on time as we agreed, I highly appreciate being punctual. When I agreed to Alex's quote, he had made it clear that he can fix the dent to 90% to 95%, he actually got it to 100%. There is no sign of damage left on my car. And lastly, Alex stayed true to his price quote. I highly recommend Alex's service, he is a master of his trade!

Alex is a master dent repairman, his prices are affordable, I had to send pics of the dent and he said upfront that he may not be able to repair it. Thankfully he was able to restore my door to pristine condition. I highly recommend him if you have a dent in your pride and joy.

Best dent paintless dent repair! I was extremely happy with the service and alex did a great job. He asked for some images,got back to me with a estimate within 10 minutes, and scheduled me for the following day. He was also on time and repaired the dent fast which is what I needed. I would definitely recommend Dents Master.

All I can say is that this guy know what is doing. He did a great paintless removal job. He didn't use any paint to fix my door panel dent. Really recommend him for your next dent. He is mobile and travel all over San Franciso Bay Area.
