This is the 3rd time I’ve had one of my cars serviced by Dennis’. In all cases, they did an excellent job of diagnosing, and repairing the problem. Extremely competent and gracious staff. So glad I found them.

5 stars all around: Cleanest auto shop I've ever seen. Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff that kept me informed throughout the process. Went above and beyond to diagnose an issue that 2 other shops and the Subaru dealer couldn't figure out, and fixed it in a very timely manner. Grateful to know I have a place to take my car from now on. Thanks guys.

They replaced my stolen catalytic converter and helped me secure a voucher to take of part of the cost. They were quick, professional, and communicated with me at every step. I will be going to them from now on. Update November 2023: I went back to Dennis' for some standard maintenance. Trevor and his team identified some other issues that should get fixed down the line. They provided estimates and let me choose my own timeline for repairs. The service is always friendly and professional. March 4 2024 More excellent service from the team at Dennis. June 7 2024 Last week my Prius turned itself into a brick Dennis' Auto Repair diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in no time. November 2024 Always the best service and communication

Took a Subaru in. Clean work, replaced water pump. I asked for a look at the brakes. They quoted for both. I told them I was broke with Christmas around the corner. They said I could proceed with the brakes for a few months. Needed the water pump changed asap. Not the first time I’ve been here. Good service.

Best auto repair shop in Fresno. Had an emergency with a dead battery and they came to my rescue like I was there only customer. Always professional and respectful. Found them 2 years ago and won't go anywhere else. The shop is quite a distance for us, but well worth the time and drive. Love Dennis Auto Shop.

Unfortunately bad news with my hybrid battery but as from my previous experience, Colleen and Jose are extremely nice and your business is extremely fair and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend you to family and anyone else I hear that would need a trustworthy and fair mechanic service.

Excellent customer service. My car needed repair for a smog certification. They handled it quickly and efficiently. I qualified for help with money for the repairs. They made sure I was in contact with the proper government agency.

This place is full of good humans. I was in Fresno for a visit from the LA area and the night before I left my car made a weird noise so I brought it in the next morning and they were able to squeeze me in before I drove home. The sound never came back but they took a look at all kinds of things to make sure I would get home safely and they didn't charge me for it, they just told me to bring it back if the noise came back before I left town. It's been fine since but the peace of mind meant everything when they could have charged me for anything. Thank you again.

Dennis auto is the most hard working, honest group I’ve ever come across. They always take care of my car trouble no matter what. They are my only mechanics and have been for over 25 years. They recently repaired my AC and my only complaint is that it’s too cold now(wink).

Engine light was on and they diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue. Fast and trustworthy! I’ve always had difficulty finding a mechanic that is fair in price, devoted to commitment, and leaves me with no worries. Dennis’ Auto Repair is the place. I highly recommend them.

Dennis' Auto went above and beyond for me. They took care of my vehicle quickly and even took the time to completely wash the inside and outside of my car before returning it to me! Absolutely recommend and will be returning in the future!
