This place is great. Awesome staff that can tackle just about anything from my two BMW's; my F150; my wife's Highlander; even my old beat up Jeep Wrangler. One on one service writer to customer relationship; owner is always available if any issues arise; cant say enough good things. They just fixed my nieces car who is from out of town and got it done in time for her to pick up on the way from airport. How awesome is that!

I’ve brought other cars here over the years dating back to when they were in Scott’s Addition and have always been pleased with the service. My most recent experience went above and beyond although not an outcome I would have liked. I brought a car in that sat for a time outside in the elements. When they pulled it in to work on it an electrical issue caused work to stop and I was notified immediately that it could/would cost $1000s, maybe $10,000 to diagnose/fix. I elected not to proceed and the car was now inoperable. I was allowed to keep my car there, inside for a week while I made arrangements to have it transported and was not charged anything for my inconvenience, no charge for starting to work on it and no charge to store it. When it came time to pick it up, the tow truck showed up unannounced and they helped get the car to where it could be loaded up to be hauled out. They went above and beyond to help me out and be honest and for that I will continue to be a customer of theirs.

Delta V is world-class. Would trust them with any vehicle but currently bringing in my e92 M3 they've been helping keep up and add things as desired. Update - they now also keep close care of our Porsche Macan too :)

DeltaV is the absolute best in the Richmond area. They provide top quality service, the staff is great and they have a beautiful dog there too!! I wouldn’t trust anyone but DeltaV with my GTI. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

The guys here are honest and communicate well throughout the entire process. I had a rather extensive amount of work done on my 72 Super Beetle, including front end lowering, front disc brakes, new clutch, new generator, new exhaust and engine rebuild. The time and money invested in this whole project was more than worth it. All recommendations for work/upgrades were made with safety and reliability in mind. The car now sounds amazing, runs great and stops in a perfectly straight line. Glenn (shop owner) was always readily available to discuss the progress either through text or in person. And Kenny, the technician, did an incredible job. I am so happy that I found Delta V. Update: Brought the Bug in for the 500 mile break-in service; oil change, valve adjustment, etc. I also requested the new generator be checked as it had been making a bit of noise. Luckily, the generator held out until I pulled into the Delta V lot. I met with Kenny, who came out and inspected the generator on the spot. It was definitely fried. In just a couple days, all the recommended service was done and a warranty replaced generator installed. Again, both Kenny and Glenn were great. I am still very happy to have both skilled and honest VW mechanics nearby. August, 2024 Brought my Bug back in to have a couple odd noises checked out. My appt was scheduled quickly (about a week out) and my car was repaired and back home in just a couple days. Delta V took care of a loose motor mount and a failing generator. To my delight, all work was handled under warranty by Delta V. These guys are fantastic; highly skilled technicians who are also super friendly and honest. If you have a vintage VW, I highly recommend Delta V.

The gentlemen at the shop were very communicative and kept me informed of my car’s issues, with a rundown of everything that needed to be fixed and the estimate. They were fair, honest, knowledgeable, and fixed my problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
