Been coming here for years and it’s always been just the absolute best, most honest, and kind shop experience. A recent experience affirmed this belief ten times over. If you want more details read on: Had a tire go flat over the weekend. Since delta isn’t open on weekend, decided to go over to another place that rhymes with Miscount Fire. When there, was told the flat had to be replaced, was pressured to get all tires replaced, and was told specifically that one MUST be replaced. So two tire replacements (and a lot of unnecessary and aggressive pressure to get 4 replaced!) would come out to a total of 571 at Miscount Fire. Thought that sounded a bit expensive, listened to my gut and waited to go to delta during the week. Once there, was told immediately that the flat could be replaced, that all other tires—except for one—were in good condition. Within 20 minutes, they replaced the tire that had to be—and repaired the flat for a grand total of 151! I was astounded, and so thoroughly impressed by their care and honesty. Thank you!

It’s rare for a small business to rely on trust and goodwill the way these guys do. I had a flat that they fixed in good time. When I went to pay, they insisted that it was free because I would come back and buy tires from them next time. I explained I don’t live in Houston and that I really ought to pay, but they declined to take it. I am grateful for their generosity and impressed by their confidence in their work and business model. I wish more small businesses were like them.

Ok. Here I am driving from Ft. Lauderdale with a bad tire without knowing it. I thought it was just a balancing problem but it was more than that. Anyway, these guys were great and professional. Thank you Delta Tires for your service.

Quick and painless patch and plug. Found a screw in my tire. Drove up to this open spot, told the guy inside I found a screw in my tire. My car was up, screw removed and sent along my way within 10 minutes without a charge.

Showed up with a punctured tire. Delta patched it up for free in less than 10 minutes. We were ready to pay, but they insisted that work was free. They've got our tire business moving forward.

They are really well-rounded for a shop from tires, wheels, lift kits, and installed bedliners and other custom touches. Brad and the whole team are really great to work with. I highly recommend them. 👌

Very unprofessional. I called and asked for a tire they said they had it got here and they said sho did you talk to. I said a woman they said oh she is like an assistant but she doesn’t really know what she’s talking about 🤨 So just make me waste gas and time out my day just to get me over here. That is false advertisement. Then I get here and they guy is looking in fridge asking questions with 2 minute gaps because what he is doing in fridge is more important than customers. Then his phone rings then he is completely in convo not saying hold on not saying anything. I’m just sitting there finally that’s when someone else comes and says have you been helped them they tell me about the secretary just telling ppl anything. So after I turn down the tire that they tried to give me that wasn’t my size… I was about to leave and they finally said they have my tire….

Service this good, friendly, and quick shouldn't be this affordable. They don't exactly roll out the red carpet for you, but once you're in, the goodwill and humor is infectious. And you'll end up with a solid tire to boot.

This is a very good tire shop..Rick and is coworker do a great job. They can and do, get all side tire for my car, truck, 1 ton van, trailers, lawn equipment. Front loader tractor. Side by side, the list goes on and on. And all at a fair price. I have been going to delta tire for over 7 years. .
