Upon temporarily leaving the Asheville area on Sunday September 29th, two days after hurricane Helene, we made our way to Charlotte, NC in search of some food, water, gas, cell signal and a place to stay plus a much needed physical and mental break. After arriving in Charlotte, our car required some repairs that were scheduled in Asheville but had to be cancelled due to the magnitude of devastation and destruction in our Asheville and surrounding areas. After searching for auto repair shops nearby, I reached out to a tire center called Dellinger Brothers Tire Center.. I saw that the shop already had great reviews and after calling and speaking with Derek, I knew I had called the right place for our situation. Derek and his father Mr Ken were really down to earth people who were very welcoming and accommodating getting my car into the shop in a very timely manner considering a same day call in appointment. They completely solved and repaired all my tire needs and also a much needed 4 wheel tire alignment. They also were able to get my daughter's car into the shop who was down from New Jersey making sure we were okay. All in all. Derek, Mr Ken, the mechanics and the entire staff were very knowledgeable and awesome at their jobs and I would definitely make the drive all the way back to Charlotte for other repairs that may arise in the future. Thanks again Dellinger Tire Center and everyone for being there for me and my family in a time of need.

Trustworthy ! 4 new tires and oil change. They saved me money on all and were honest about things I needed and did not need. I would highly recommend and I will not be going back to the dealership for maintenance. I’m sticking with Dellinger brothers.

Had to come back 4 times containing my front brakes because I was a outer towner (first and last time customer) tried to get over… came back the last time due to same issue because I paid my money with them and now I’m at another shop containing THE SAME THING TERRIBLE JOB to the point I have to get new rotors now because of the job that was done by putting on my brakes I WILL NEVER come here again too many bad experiences took them (4TIMESSSSS) and still got it wrong😡💯

If you need an oil change, Dillinger Brothers Tire Center is the place to go. I took my Audi to another location and the price was crazy, took it to DBTC, the price was low and the service was top notch. Friendly staff from top to bottom.

Best Tire Shop in town. They provided outstanding service for my tire replacement, alignment, and warranty work. The staff was friendly and transparent about the process and costs. They expertly helped me choose the right tires, and the installation was efficient. The alignment work was precise, and they even identified and fixed issue. I left the shop highly satisfied with their quality work and excellent customer service.

Dillinger Brothers is my go-to place for routine maintenance and general repairs. They are honest and don't try to sell you things that you don't need. They have told me on several occasions that I don't need something or that I have ample time left before I really need to get a repair done. I trust them and their recommendations, and I have sent several of my friends and family to them. They are only open during business hours Monday through friday, which means you will have to work around your job schedule, but it is completely worth it. I highly recommend them and will continue bringing my vehicles to them for service.

First Time Customer (but will be back) Listen, I don't know these Guys but I will tell it like it is good or bad regardless. Called in to ask about getting my newer set of tires applied while taking off the old. Guy on the phone was polite and discussed the cost based on my needs while setting up an appointment. Once I arrived Guy behind the desk (maybe the same but maybe different) walked out to confirm what we discussed and took the truck back and they immediately got started given my appointment time. They changed 4 tires and put an older (but still usable) tire back on my spare. Put the spare back under the vehicle as well which was great since that is not fun. Took about an hour for their full service. Price (very reasonable) was as discussed and I was back on my way. Don't mind the dirty rims as that's on me. Thanks Fellas.

I've been a customer for years. Ken and Bob have always been fair and their crew does good work. They've also been super helpful about pointing things out that may need future attention. I started using them for just tires, but now go for inspections,.oil changes, and other routine services. I love that they are local, family owned, working hard to earn our business every day.

Just had a fantastic visit to this tire shop. The service was excellent, and their customer service went above and beyond. It's a shame there aren't more businesses like this. Places that provide such exceptional service truly deserve not just praise but also a tip for their outstanding efforts.

Not sure where to start, but this is by far the BEST auto repair shop I’ve been to in CHARLOTTE. The gentleman at the front desk were extremely nice & knowledgeable with my vehicle. Had a few repairs done & my car runs so damn smooth ! I mean for the price I paid and services I received, that’s top tier for men I also Love the facts this a family owned business . Gotta support !!

These guys are great. I work in an industry where my tires pick up a good amount of road hazards, so I've used them often. They'll even patch the tire for free (if that is a safe option) if you purchased it from them. Fast and friendly.

They do a good job until I dropped my car to have my tire exchanged and I had stuff in the trunk including an Armani exchange jacket that was gone and they kept saying that It was never there or if it was they had put it back so there was no point of arguing

I have been coming here for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m always worried about people taking advantage of that when I take my car in. These guys never try to sell me a service unless my car absolutely needs it, and they always give me advice based on what they would personally do which I appreciate. Plus, their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I have been in Clt. Highly recommend!
