I was looking to establish a relationship with a trustworthy mechanic for service on a 2005 Honda Civic. Delhi Import Motor did not dissapoint. Cubby is friendly, knows his stuff and makes you feel confident with the quality ,precision and care of the work performed. Glad to have someone I can trust .

When the repair required that a previous mechanic honor his warranty we took the car back to the previous mechanic. Of course that mechanic said that his work was fine and nothing was covered. Then Cubby didn't leave us hanging to dry but instead swooped in and called the previous mechanic explaining in mechanic-ese why his work was covered under warranty and the previous mechanic quickly took care of the replacement. It was wonderful to have an advocate in cubby at Delhi Imports.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. I had an emergent issue, a coolant leak, and I am clueless about cars. Cubby answered my call in the morning and saw the urgent need for repair. Despite a packed schedule, he squeezed me in same day. He kept me informed throughout the day and finished the repair by end of day for a very reasonable price. He made me feel like family. I am never going anywhere else for car repair. Period.

Don’t call for a quote. They’ll treat you rudely then hang up. Have given them 3 tries, each time they are ruder, and unhelpful than the time before. There are 10 other places with in 1 mile. Call the other shops. This place isn’t worth your time

Had yet another great experience at Delhi Import. I took my 69 Fiat 850 to the Cheviot car show last week to inaugurate the new season of car shows. Ok... the Fiat won't win a prize but I have a personal connection to it and that is reward enough for me. I love seeing and talking about all the classic cars. Anyway, on the way to the show, the brake pedal got to be super stiff and the car could not get up to speed (brakes were on). Made it home but barely. Took it to Delhi Import. They diagnosed it as master cylinder failure and replaced it. The old 850 is once again up, running and ready for the next show. This was now my third visit to Delhi Import. They are batting 1000 with three repairs to three entirely different problems.

I called Delhi Import Service because I was having trouble with the points, timing and fuel delivery on my 69 Fiat. Cubby suggested changing to electronic ignition. I had looked into this but could not find my way to getting it done. Cubby did the research.. made the change to electronic ignition... and cleaned the carburetor. Since I picked it up, I get a consistent idle (no stalling), backfires are gone, and I can feel a boost in power. Have driven it now about 40 miles without issue. Cubby called me just to make sure that all was well... it was and I appreciated the call. I would definitely use Delhi Import Service again.
