Needed some parts in my engine removed and replaced done and they did a quick and efficient job with the sevices. It was in and out and a good experience overall.

Update 1: Today I went for a state inspection and my experience is not great. Over the time, attitude towards customers had changed. Update 2: I was going to this store for my friend because of my prior experience, he helped to fix the car few times in the past years even before he started working in this shop. Though I live far I was going for him. Before my recent visit and the above Update1, I checked the store availability and the timing thru cell before visiting. During the service, I was advised to change the brake light. When I went and checked the owner was not having patience and raising the voice in that loud environment and charged $20 to change the bulb. I paid as I don't want to waste time and updated my honest opinion in the review as Update1, reduced a star. It was not a bad review or rating. I understand he may be busy and the stress was high due to workload. It was a feedback to improve the communication and should be handled in a better way. But after my above honest Update1, the owner messaged me stating 'Its a shame that I bothered him by contacting!' lol, I wonder how is it a shame! If so then contacting a regular customer after the review is also a shame and its the worst behavior. First you should not raise voice against a customer and treat them professionally. We are paying you (not free) to do the service though 100s of shops are available. Worst part is, bulb he put on the car was stopped working within 2 months! Should be poor/cheap product! Now I stick to my opinion firmly and reducing a star again. On checking the recent reviews, I can find that the customer service is getting bad unfortunately. So I decided not to return to this shop and I don't recommend to anyone. Update3: Reducing a star again for not getting the issue. Arrived before 1+ hour close and after checking the availability. $40 Discount for a cheap brake light to plug it in! Wow! Also Light was dead within 2 months which is great! I feel pathetic for the current customers. As I mentioned customer service is poor. So I will not return and I don’t recommend to anyone.

Went for an oil change a total of 75 dollars the next day I got in my car the tire was flat took it to discount tire and was told the tire was punctured from what looked like a screw driver

I went in for an oil change, brought my own oil and filter, and was quoted $30 on the phone. The guy I talked to on the phone was nice enough, but the owner? Total jerk. They had some trouble with the oil change, and as I was waiting, the owner walks by me, says with an attitude, “I’m charging you $20 more for that” as he’s walking away. Just an attitude and a price hike on the spot. Super shady and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to deal with dishonest people changing prices as they feel like it.

They did an amzing job with my car. I had to get a bunch of work done to my car and they didn't charge me as much as other shops wanted to charge me just for labor. They were also the ones who diagnosed it correctly. My car feels brand new and I higly recommend.

Horrible after service..... I never got this result when i go to any other repair shop. I understand human can do mistake. But when it goes wrong, human will fix the problem. It was Very uncomportable visit.... Thanks Dee's auto garage... you gave me good experience.

I guess a business that doesn't like honest reviews will not care if they lose customers. Obviously Dee' Garage is doing so well the owner would prefer to discredit my claim of losing property at his business We'll too bad Mr Dee, I stand by my claim and I'm doubling down on it, I lost stuff at your garage!, I've been coming for years and never claimed I lost stuff!!, well it's ok, it's New business for smaller shops because clearly you are doing too good to care. Imagine I came back In good faith for an Oil change and this man asked his boys not to attend to me, hey it's ok...its my money and I guess Pride won't let you care. I am leaving this review again because I know you see it!, it's your business, Run it how you want and it's my money, it has gone to another Local Business!

Great guys that do honest work. They’re rough around the edges, but hey, what mechanic isn’t? These guys helped me twice with issues I was having and now I always go here first for car issues. First time, I was having mold/mildew in my car. Something was causing my carpet to get wet and I spent days cleaning the carpet and draining AC lines and switching filters. Nothing was working and another shop was quoting me $300 to diagnose it (not even fix the issue). Dee’s found the issue immediately; my sunroof drain was clogged. They charged me very little to fix it. Within a few days, the smell was gone. I was overjoyed. Second time, it was near closing time. I was afraid I was too late, but the engine cover under my car broke loose and was dragging like crazy. I can’t drive around like this. I really needed it off and also needed a vehicle inspection. They were able to do both in the same visit, no problem. Great shop with very reasonable prices. Love these guys.

I have visited this garage for a lot of car maintenance problems like brakes, my taillights, the exhaust shaft, and the ball pin (something); which I thought was the bearings, but they fixed it. They have always done very good work for me and I will continue to visit them in the future.

I recently visited Dee Auto Shop and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly nice and honest, qualities that are hard to find in the auto repair industry. My husband always takes his SUV to Dee’s for all repairs. This time my car needed some attention ! My AC stopped blowing cold air and needed a new brake light. Both repairs were completed and very reasonable ! Definitely only going to Dee’s Auto for my car repairs ! Thank you Dee and Staff !!!
