Amazing service by the gentleman and the lady working the main entrance of the service area. Very professional and proactive. The people that work in the service area were extremely friendly and eager to help me with my issues. Also the lady working the service dispatch on the left was extremely Proffesional and kind with all the issues I was having. Definitely better service than other VWs in the Miami/FLL area Date of visit February 5, 2025

They specialize in a fast buck from a long term customer, so they’ll get a long term poor review. Charged $200 in labor for two filters that cost $37 each. Hilarious. Good bye.

Agree with other reviews that this particular Volkswagen Service center has poor customer service and lack of sincerity. Went in for servicing a recall on the front driver's side air bag and left being told it would not deploy which is horrible in addition to scary, "the recall only replaces the airbag, not make sure it will deploy properly". I already was not pleased with there being no loaner vehicle available (my first time at VW dealership that does not have this) and inconsistent information about shuttle service when I was told instead of a 4 hour service job this would take 2 days. I also was blamed for lights being on including the air bag light even though they knew there was a recall and I was there to service the air bag. At no point in time did a technician alert me to the lights being on even after "servicing/replacing" the air bag. The majority of VW owners I know love and take care of our cars if an issue is brought up. I wish Rey had been there, as in the past even if I come in for an oil change, he still thoroughly explains any other issues/or concerns that arise. The manager Mr. Bu-Nassar did use interesting language with me suggesting I knew issues prior to coming in which is fair, but I came in for the air bag recall...at the least the air bag light should not be on and should work properly when I depart. He did finally offer a free multipoint inspection after I shared my bad experience with him. Overall, I would caution going here as I am not even sure those who service the cars care about the customer and/or safety standards. I would like to hope this was a fluke incident and not reflective of Volkswagen as a whole. Other Volkswagen dealerships I have been to have demonstrated a higher standard for customer service, and are normally more sincere and respectful than this particular service center.

Stay away. They do not like to fix issues under warranty. Brought my car in 4 times. 3 of them were for the same issue. The second time I came, they did not make a note that my car was turning off on the highway. Came in the 4th time and they said there was no trouble found. Now the car will be out of warranty within the next week and the issue is still there now I will have to fix it out of pocket. I just got this about 7 months ago and that's how they sold it to me a cross the street. Worst experience ever.

Can't recommend this place. Even with a new building and nice waiting room service is bad. After tire rotation get solid vibration and weird rotating sound in my car. When I get back with this problem, they told me it's because the wheels did not wear evenly because they were not standing correctly. BUT THIS CAR I BOUTH CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED from this DEEL dealership. Get here to for service, paid $500 for oil change and tire rotations, and get problems with my car. After all they told me that I need to make tire alignment for $210 to resolve the problem that they created. And they tried to tell me that it's ok when your car shaking after tire rotation. I get back another day (spend another 2 hours) they just put a bit more air in my tires (above recommended level) and put the tire that have a noise on back) By the way now I have low tire pressure all the time. Run from this place. At the end can't recommend dealership overall because if you buying certified pre-owned car that was checked on this service, no one knows what you will receive. UPDATE: Get to this place to give them 2nd chance, just to have good history for my car, if I need to sell it. My fiancé dropped the car and Jose (this guy was first time also) told that we don't need to do alignment and rotation (I was thinking this can help with my problem that I was having before), because tiers need to be replaced already. When I arrived and asked why he made such a decision, he don't want to explain nothing to me. At Costco I rotated tiers and guys told me that they perfectly fine as for now (even with a sample that VW have in their service, level of wear of our tiers is ok). So that guys just tried to sell more things that we don't need to us. What a shame to be such a scammer in official services.

These guys lack absolute customer service. I would much rather take my car to a smaller shop where you walk in and it smells like smoke and it’s dirty because I know I’m gonna get better service and better treatment and better pricing. From the moment I walked in in both days I was frustrated. The employees that are supposed to greet customers are some of the coldest employees and speak to you as if you’re supposed to know exactly how everything works. They have an inconsistent policy and how to confirm your appointment. They don’t communicate well. And for having a big staff and the professional look of a nice outfit they really don’t know how to operate correctly. Unless I’m doing warranty work, I will not be bringing my vehicles here!!! Who ever manages needs to learn how to train the employees and customer service and customer communication. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been so bothered by how it was treated that I intend to never come back. Unless you’re dropping the vehicle off between the hours of 1030 and three, don’t bother asking for a courtesy vehicle. And good luck confirming what hours there actually open. What they have on the website is different from what’s on the building and is different from what you find on Google.

Poor service. Tried to charge for service I didn't need. Damaged the trunk door, while assessing service. Now it doesn't automatically open when the key button is pushed. Their response was " oh it came in already broken like that" which I know is absolutely not true.

WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I’m absolutely furious with Deel VW’s Service Department and the way they treat their loyal, long-term customers. After being a client for over 10 years and having bought or leased more than seven vehicles from this dealer, they have completely let me down. A month after a repair under warranty, the issue is still unresolved. But that’s only the start of this nightmare— the customer service was nothing short of atrocious. It’s painfully clear that they do not value their customers at all. The Service Manager, John Bu-Nassar, was incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. His exact words to me? “Why would I care about you if I have hundreds of other customers.” I couldn’t believe the arrogance and total lack of courtesy! This is not how loyal customers should be treated. Avoid Deel VW at all costs if you value respect, good service, and quality repairs.

Avoid this place. Would never take my car here again. I was treated poorly and not one person took my concerns seriously. I went to another service department in Broward that was able to immediately locate and fix my problems.

Had a dead battery that was covered under warranty. Abel at Service was patient and addressed my questions and concerns I had for the service. Although I have reservations about the policy Abel went out of his way to accommodate me.

Think twice before getting a car or service at Deel VW dealer. Once they hand off the keys, you're essentially on your own. Transparency is lacking, overcharging is common, and the service is poor. I booked a service for my car to address a few recalls from VW. Due to their limited number of specialists, they canceled the booking, suggesting I follow up later since it wasn't an emergency. Despite multiple follow-ups on my part, they never accepted the car. A year passed, and maintenance became necessary to keep the warranty valid. When I took the car in person, I discovered the warranty had expired, and they charged me for the service. It took three weeks to complete the service. During that period, I had to call periodically for updates because they never contacted me or made any commitments. When picking up the car, the service agent invoiced VW for the recall service and charged me for the other service. Yet, the agent couldn't stop trying to sell me additional services. I am selling my car because I dread what would happen in case of an accident or a more serious issue. I hope someone at #VW, #Volkswagen understands that the brand's responsibility extends beyond manufacturing to providing a complete customer experience.

Avoid! Such a scam. The costs are absurd. They are taking advantage of people who do not know any better. $139 for an oil change (just an example). On top of this, service desk is rude and fails to explain in depth how things work. They just want your money. Go elsewhere.

I have been a VW owner for many years, Deel is hands down The best service department out of any Volkswagen service department that I have used. Their new facility is superb, and welcoming, the coffee in the waiting area is a very nice touch. Not to mention their Service Assistant Manager Rene Esquivel, who is very much involved with making sure the flow of cars being serviced move effortlessly. He made sure to call and thoroughly explain the issues or possibilities for concern with my vehicle, and always goes above and beyond to get me any information needed on parts for my Tiguan & GTI in a timely manner. I highly Recommend Deel VW of Coral Gables - If you want great customer service, upfront and honesty ask for Rene Esquivel and set up your appointment with him.

Love the new setup;I recommend VW vehicles and have been a loyal customer for years and their dealership in Miami at Dee is one of the reasons why- the service center is incredible - l it's luxurious, highly functional, great location, convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they'll fix whatever mechanical issues you have, I dealt with Axel and he made the whole process as painless as possible, when I dealt I could tell that he cared and he was on my side, the place is great

Brought my car in because it died from an ignition switch recall and they tried to charge me $600 to replace the battery that died FROM THE RECALL. Total scam, stay far far away from this place.

Short story: their negligence on maintenance caused over **$4k** in damage to my car. I have always taken my car here for regular maintenance, always asking for them to do everything required for maintaining and taking care of the car. I never ask for anything specific just say whatever is needed to maintain and take care of it because I am not a car expert and one supposes they are. Always paid over $700 each time. Recently the car had a bunch of water come in from the rain, the inspector says part of the regular maintenance of this car is cleaning out the drainage and wherever I was taking it has NEVER done it so it clogged up and that’s why the water got in. It has caused over $4k in damage because of this places negligence. When I confronted them about it they said I never asked for them to clean it. I said I asked for you to do everything required for regular maintenance of course I don’t know every specific thing to ask for I don’t ask for any of the other stuff either I ask for maintenance and supposedly YOU are the experts in cars and VW who know what all the car needs. Bottom line Do not go here they are lazy and negligent and will cause damage to your car and not care. They did absolutely nothing to help or to make up for their negligence.

The waiting room is awful. The sitting area is a joke, noisy and not comfortable. No place to relax or to work while waiting for the car. I expected more and this will surely move me away from this dealership
