I started going to Dearry Automotive a couple of years ago. They are a place that cares about people and the cars. They have gone out of their way to take care of my vehicles. Their prices are far more reasonable than the last place I had been taking my cars. What made me start coming to their shop was the recommendations of some friends that use them. I came to appreciate how they don’t just fix cars but care about the customer. They are willing to work with you as to what you want done. You can count on that they are going to be honest and fair.

I had a "check engine" light on, and was in the neighborhood. They took me in, assessed my issue, and gave me very detailed advice regarding a recall. Ultimately, they referred me to a dealership and didn't charge me a thing, but they were so kind and helpful anyway. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it's rare for an automotive place to treat me well and take the time to teach me what I need to know to make an informed decision.

WOW!! What can I say. 1, You get EVERYTHING you pay for. Up front as quoted. 2. The work is 100% complete when you come to get your vehicle. Just turn it on and go. 3. The coffee is fantastic while waiting for your vehicle. almost as good as starbucks. 4. This is not like other shops where they say the work is done, but only charged you and didnt actually do the work. They have earned the business of both of my vehicles, well done!!

Family uses this company for all their automotive needs. I had called to make an appointment and the way they calmed me with basic knowledge and assurance was comforting. Although I chose to go with my warranty company's shop, you better believe in the future, I'm going here for anything else!

They're fine I guess, kind of pricey and can take a long time to get your car done . The first time I took my car there it took the tech like 3 times to diagnose a failing alternator. (The diagnostic code wasn't reading so he couldn't figure it out). 2nd time a new tech who was more competent. I go to Sharp's on 30th / Lafayette now.

Took my car to diagnose a emoji that showed on dash. Report stated I needed a thermostat. Will get this repaired soon. The representative looked up the item and gave me a estimated cost. So I decided to get a oil change too.

Best $47 i've ever spent. Was shopping for an older model 300c, found one and brought it here for a prepurchase inspection. Found out it was a 10000 car that needed about $4000 dollars worth of repairs. Thank you guys!

Big waste of time. I had an appointment at 8am and it sat in the same spot all day long until I called them at 4:30pm to check on it. Only to be told oh we are going to get it in soon and then give you an estimate what a joke I will never go back to that place again.
