John and Sean Dean are a master mechanics. I call them the car whisperers. They can fix everything from extremely high end custom cars to my 98 Honda Civic. I will not take my cars anywhere else.

This is the kind of person that gives you faith in human beings. I was in a total bind, asking for help on a Friday night at 4:00. He squeezed me in and resolved my issue identifying without a charge. I could talk to him as a real person. I would gladly trust him to work on my car, and give a fair price. I think some people who are from out of town actually drive to Greensboro JUST to have him work on his car. If I didn't live 5 states away I would. Definitely take your car here!

I was referred to these guys by Adam Cigliano who does a lot of body work on the vans at the Amazon hub I work at. They were able to diagnose the hidden stored codes on my Alfa Romeo. Which is saying a lot because most people in the area can't even touch them. They were able to reset the codes and charged me just a half hour of labor. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

My car went into limp mode so I got it towed to the shop. Shaun kept telling all these things wrong with my car and said it would be fixed in two weeks. I checked in later at two weeks and they haven’t even touched my car. They kept telling me two weeks, two weeks, and FOUR MONTHS later I had to take my car to another shop. This was after they flipped out and cussed me out cause I was mad it wasn’t fixed after FOUR MONTHS!! I took it to another shop and they said that they totaled my motor by taking pieces off that couldn’t be replaced. I had to spend $5000 to get it fixed at another shop and it took a week and a half to fix it and it only took that long cause they had to order a whole new motor. Shaun and the lady up front are completely unprofessional and I would not recommend EVER taking your car/truck there.

These are the nicest people! Never felt uncomfortable as a female in the shop. I’m not completely ignorant about car repairs; I know just enough to know when a mechanic is being dishonest or trying to upsell me unnecessarily, and that has never happened here. In fact when I brought in my car the first time believing I needed something done they explained I could safely go a bit longer without it! I then brought in my daughters older car that had a wiring issue with the horn (I couldn’t get it inspected until it was fixed and we had no clue what it would need) so I had to simply trust their ethics and ability, and they came through. It got fixed and didn’t break the bank. I’ve since referred my elderly mother here, who knows absolutely nothing about cars and is completely at the mercy of whatever a shop says she needs. I fully trust they’ll take care of her. Every repair has been top notch, prices are reasonable, and they’re pretty fast too. You must make an appointment, and it’s easier to drop off than wait, but they’re a small business and that’s perfectly reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommended, true five star business.

Dean was very friendly and very Knowledgeable and supper fast at fixing the problem when i was in a pinch for time he knew what was needed done specifically to my vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place for practically any type of mechanic work needed for your vehicle great place and great service

I had a stripped oil drain plug that John handled for and a CEL. Everything was smooth and friendly from the front office to the techs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for their courtesy, quality, and professionalism! I feel that I now have a mechanic for life!

Shaun at Dean's quickly diagnosed the problem with my f150 even though they normally work on Porsche and Mercedes type vehicles. He got the parts and had the truck fixed in no time at all. I highly recommend this shop.

Honestly I knew my car was hoving problems... had my husband take it up there to start the process of getting it fixed. I was given a list of things that needed working on but was told if I was to get certain parts worked on first the car would be driveable back and forth in the city. The car was riding rough before, but ran enough to get to the store and back. I pulled out and went and got food for me and the kids and the car started smoking profusely and stopped working completely in the middle of a busy intersection. Not even 2 miles from getting it fixed and being assured I would be able to drive it. I call the shop and their response is "Well we told you it had problems I dont know what else to say." Spent 200 for my car to be completely broken and undriveable
