I see why there’s 1 Star, walked up to will call and waited for 10 minutes w/ no one to address me or even tell me they’d be with me. I could see they were loading, but of course they saw me and ignored me instead of addressing me. I’ve been here before and recognized the woman who usually does will call but she too ignored me. It took me finding my own will call order that I saw be ignored and handing it to a nice gentleman named Gordon before I was assisted. I’ve been to other tire distribution centers and this one is always one that I’m weary of.
