IUPDATE: After posting this review almost immediately I received two phone calls. The first phone call was to inform me that my Google review was a bad choice on my part and made her look like a terrible person so I got in trouble for posting my review and I said I wasn't calling you a terrible person I was simply saying I wouldn't recommend you. And the second phone call was to tell me if I wanted it done sooner I could come get my Jeep and take it somewhere else. I'm dumbfounded that my husband and I have spent more than $10,000 and the last 3 months and neither one of us has a vehicle and that's her response if you want it done quicker come get them and take them somewhere else. Wow. Mind=Blown If you find yourself in need of Automotive Repair I do not recommend dealer solutions. I took them my Jeep 2 months ago and we paid about 6 or 7 weeks later we paid $6,000 to get it back roughly about 5700 I believe and the very same day it broke down again so we had it towed back to dealer Solutions the same day well the next morning and now it's been roughly 2 weeks and they informed us again today that they didn't have time to get to it what does that mean? How do they prioritize their vehicles mine has been broke down now for going on two and a half months how do you prioritize? I paid $6,000 to have my jeep fixed it broke down the same they didn't even make it up the driveway. Do not use Dealer .Solutions.They will take your money thousands of dollars and still leave you without a vehicle.

take your car here!! had a horrible experience at another mechanic shop and got scammed out of a lot of money, but dealer solutions worked with me from the beginning and did everything they could to fix my car and absolutely DID fix it. i am beyond grateful and wonder why i have never heard of them since living in huntsville. awesome customer service, great communication, all around 10/10. Buck is very kind and so is Ms.Kathy. I will always go to them for my auto repair needs.

These guys were awesome. My daughter is a student at SHSU, she had a major issue and needed a capable garage to not only repair her car but also arrange a tow. Dealer Solutions took care of everything E2E. They kept me updated on the car and also gave me recommendations on what I may or may not want to do. I am very impressed with Dealer Solutions and am happy that we have found a good mechanic should the need arise again.

I’ve used Dealer Solutions twice, once for a diesel and once for the gas truck. Buck and Lee are super friendly, and the shop is clean and efficient. They will have repeat business from us!

Once upon a time they were good with knowledge and customer service. Now their customer service is absolutely horrible! Got extreme attitude and refused to help jump start a vehicle they let sit on their yard for a month. After the owner couldnt justify the truck sittin and not being repaired any longer.

Brought my truck in to get an alignment done. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my alignment. The mechanics brought me in the shop to show me everything that they where explaining.

If you've got a diesel engine they know their stuff. From experience, do not take a diesel engine to a regular gas engine mechanic. My regular mechanic is great but he miss-diagnosed my engine twice and he cost me money each time.

Really helpful when my wife and I had a van trouble nearby on the interstate and pulled off to find an emergency mechanic. They replaced a fuse for us to get the error codes and then let us know what was going on and that with some cautious driving we could get the van to our destination and sort things out there. Didn't even charge us for the fuse or the diagnostic tests. Really good people.
