I come here for all my tire needs and never have an issue but today that changed. They broke the wheel cover taking it off and didn't say anything to me about it and then when I confronted them it they brushed it off like nothing happened. VERY UNSATISFIED.

I showed up at 7:30 and they took there time and installed new tires even though they close at 8.... they were fast and friendly 10/10

Spoke to David on the phone made a deal held the tires for me showed up inspect the tires got the tires gave him the cash off I went back to Austin very good deal great place to shop for tires David's a good guy Billy and Austin Texas

I always came here because they did good work untill my last experience. They have this new guy there that screwed me over. I came in with a brand new tire I had cause I bent my rim and had a new rim for the new tire. So I got into conversation with the guy and he said he had a car like mine this and that. I have a 2011 Nissan maxima on 19 inch factory rims. So he asked what I was going to do with the bent rim and told him you can have it for free because I have a new one since he had a car like mine. So what a coincidence after taking my new rim and tire to mount the new tire on my new rim I didn't notice he switched my new tire with a same brand and same size tire he had there in the shop. I didn't notice till today when I was doing suspension work. So basically what he did he needed a rim like mines and needed the tire I had also but since he had one exactly like mines which I'm assuming it was his used old cupped tire which I didn't notice because cmon what are the odds of him having a exactly used tire like the new one I brought in. So basically he switched my tires. It wasn't David it was some other new guy there I haven't seen before so beware guys.... Pay attention when there mounting tires on your rims or if there actually balancing your tires . Now I gotta be one of those guys to watch over them just to make sure I'm getting what I payed for smh..... What people would do just for a $160 dollar tire ....sad...

We had been searching for the right size tire and no one had it, we found it here and they were really fast and had great prices. They were also one of the only ones that actually answered the phone in the surrounding areas. We will definitely come back when we need more tire work done.

Yesterday i caught a flat about 7:15pm unexpectedly. I searched google and they closed at 8. I tried my best to make it but they came and helped me. I also had my baby which was unsafe so i really appreciate them10/10 recommendation on any day..Thank you Ana
