After receiving service here at a higher price than expected I drove my car for 2 days before it needed work again. My car (Audi A5 ) needed its spark plugs and ignition coils changed I was told to fix this it would cost me 1800 dollars. They were over charging me for parts by an extra 310 dollars. The “labor” would have costed me 1400 dollars for a job that could be done in less than an hour. I know this because I just did it myself for 66 dollars total. To add insult to injury I called another store and got quoted for everything this store said needing fixing and the total came up to 670 dollars and this was from German Auto Center a place that focuses on German vehicles. I think this place probably does okay work because I did have my motor mounts replaced here but they are ripping off customers.

Took my car to Dave’s automotive to have a pretty extensive oil sensor job done on a 2015 Hyundai Genesis. I knew the job was going to be pricey, however, Dave’s estimate came out of the gate pretty high. I was able to work with the service advisor to get the price down just enough to where it would fit in my budget. In this day and age, you pay for quality work, so I was more than happy to pay a little higher in exchange for quality work and an assurance to use OEM parts. Dave’s sent me HD photos of all the issues they were planning to address, so I was assured the issue would be fixed correctly. They also conducted a vehicle inspection to make sure no other small maintenance items needed to be addressed. I appreciate Dave’s automotive for being very transparent, and for having great communication throughout this process. They will be my new go-to mechanic for large and small jobs. I would also 100% recommend this mechanic to my friends and family.

Time for my oil change and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get it. I moved since my last service with them so I’m a bit farther away but that will not keep me from coming back. The guys in the office are SO nice and helpful and always go out of their way to help me and as an 75 year old woman I really appreciate that.

Cody and Brian were great with accommodating to my needs while my jetta was getting worked on. Cody made sure I had a decent loaner for myself and my baby for the time my car was in surgery ;). They had her up and running like a champ in a timely fashion and were very friendly and understanding! Thank you Dave's! You'll be seeing me again for my oil changes and future repairs!

Excellent service and super friendly! I had my truck dropped off during the night after being broken down on the side of the road. They called me the next morning with a comprehensive diagnosis of the problem got me on the most cost effective path for repairs. Would highly recommend!

I was able to go into the shop and within five minutes my car was inspected. The process was very quick, and the workers were super friendly and answered all of my questions professionally. I definitely recommend them 10 out of 10!

I have been bringing my cars to Dave's Ultimate for almost 20 years. They always call me before doing any work to go over their findings and they text and email me the diagnosis so I can review prior to authorizing any work. I like that they are honest and tell me what is pressing to take care of now and what can possibly wait. They also give me a loyalty discount and I can take my car to them in April and October for more savings during Car Care Month. Oh! And they will give me a loaner car if my repair is going to take long, so I can get back to work. I do believe they strive to give excellent customer service and are honest and fair. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else

Dave's Ultimate Automotive on Howard lane has gone above and beyond yet again. I've been coming to Dave's for years and could not be happier with the service. Bryan was especially helpful when reviewing the report of suggested repairs. Letting me know honestly what repairs are needed and what can wait. They even gave me a ride to work! I won't trust anyone else to work on my 2010 vehicle. Highly recommend!

I had a misfiring cylinder on my 16-year-old Honda Civic. They got it fixed in three and a half hours. They warrantied the bad coil that was causing the problem, because it had only 11,000 miles on it. They could have easily shined me on and charged a lot more, but they were honest about it. They're good people who do good work - definitely a great shop.

We had AC issues that can have many causes. They persevered until all the causes were dealt with. The second time we brought it in, there was no charge. The third time “was a charm” and they found a different part that had been only intermittently working/not working, replaced it and only charged a reasonable labor only charge. They keep working until all parts of an issue are corrected and do it in a reasonable price manner. Now it is fully functional. Excellent service!
