Eh, wouldn’t recommend. A few issues with the service, or I supposed lack there of, 1. Once we pulled up I had to hunt down the owner, nobody came to greet us and I’ve never seen that before. 2. AAA changed my tire last and used the gun instead of a four-way so I couldn’t get the bolts out without a gun so I just needed the two back tires loosened so we could go about our business. The gun was literally laying on the ground next to our vehicle when we pulled up and the guy told us he would loosen the bolts but it “wouldn’t be quick.” That we would have to wait THIRTY minutes because he would have to do a bunch of unnecessary stuff, such as move an entire trailer that wasn’t even in the way. Shop wasn’t even busy, would’ve been a two second task, quite literally. Wasn’t friendly and inviting vibes. We just went ahead and said no thank you. A Hispanic shop down the street did it no problem. Thanks anyways, I guess.

If you want to get left stranded outside this place with a flat tire and a stripped lug nut go to this place! If you also want to wait 2+ hours for a tire change this is your spot! Almost died leaving this place because I got stranded with a flat. Take this review from a REAL customer. Not these other fake reviews from friends and family. If I could give less than one star I would. Your life is worth more than this hell hole.

This place is not very ideal when it comes to any type of service. Something you’re needing done so simple will turn into “we have more customers to take care of” so be prepared to “wait your turn” even though you’re told that you’ll be taken care of. Save your time and money. Wait your turn else where.

Wow, what a stellar experience—if you enjoy being ignored! The guy running this place clearly has a deep, passionate relationship with his phone because he spent more time chatting on it than helping customers. Meanwhile, I sat there for 2.5 hours, wondering if I accidentally signed up for a tire-change marathon. A simple tire swap shouldn’t take longer than my weekly grocery run. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else—maybe somewhere they remember customers pay the bills, not phone calls.

I had a totally shredded tire, he was able to get me a used tire and fixed within a couple of hours. Very reasonably priced and very excellent to talk to and do business with. I’ve also had a flat fixed here before. I will definitely keep coming back.

This is a place that people wish they knew about, and it's right here in the metro with decades of experience. I couldn't recommend them more. They did an awesome job on my suspension and alignment.

An answer to my prayers! Long story, driving across country for a family emergency. Took care of all my car's issues in less than 2 hours for a fraction of the price it would've been anywhere else. Such a kind man, too! And the plants in the waiting room are absolutely crazy!

Great price great staff honest and probably the cheapest I’ve found Toyo lt 285 55 20 6 tires and alignment for rite at 2500 anybody else in town would have been at min 2800 for same thing

They have horrible customer service I needed mycharge need changed so I can use my spare tire. He had me wait for over 45 minutes in the heat ashes left with the flat tire and when females down and got it fixed right away

We were driving cross country when we started having trouble with one of our tires. We looked up a place with good reviews and went to Dave's Alignment Brake & Tire. We were very pleased with Dave and his staffs service. We found him to be an honest business man. One of our tires was severely out of balance. He had us fixed and on the road within an hr. We would not hesitate to go there again.

Best shop in OKC!!! They fix tires, do alignments, and just about anything you need done to your vehicle. They've been there for 44yrs and there's a reason why!!! If you want an honest, hard working, Professional shop you can trust that treats you like family this is it!!!

Dave is one of those guys that you can trust to take care of you like a good dad would. I have been to him every time since I found out about him and he has gone above and beyond. He honestly treats me like I’m his daughter. He isn’t a liar and does things the right way. He is straightforward and more than people can ask for these days. The car I have needs expensive tires/brakes/etc, but that’s on me for buying such a vehicle! You can’t find a better place than Dave’s.

Dave is such a blessing!! I have taken my vehicle to him two times to get an alignment and both times he was very honest and helpful! Instead of just taking my money and doing something unnecessary he told me the first time my tires just needed to be balanced and the second time it was just a bad tire. My car drives beautifully every time I pick it up and he doesn’t hold it hostage!! In and out! Good guy+great work= very satisfied customer!

For your information I was the only customer there, I was the customer with the 2006 Ford Taurus I’ve been in customer service for 30 years you didn’t take the time to see what my tire size was I had to go out and look you didn’t even say good afternoon May I help you to me that’s very poor customer service and you were rude I went somewhere else I paid a little more, but I didn’t mind because the way the greeted me.

I visited another auto shop where they recommended an alignment and replacement of certain parts, providing me with a high estimate. Lacking extensive knowledge about car issues, I decided to do some research and stumbled upon Dave's place. I dropped off my vehicle there, and after their inspection, they informed me that no alignment was necessary at the moment. To my surprise, they didn't charge me anything for the evaluation. I greatly appreciate their honesty and integrity. Despite living nearby, I had never noticed this shop before, but I'll certainly return next time I require car service. In today's world, finding trustworthy individuals to accurately assess automotive needs is a true blessing.

Top notch service from a highly professional and experienced crew. Dodge dealership couldn’t even come close to getting my truck aligned. This crew did it in half the time and truck tracks straight as an arrow even with offset wheels and oversized tires. You won’t find a better value for the service.
