I had a fantastic experience working with D'Auto Boys. From the start, Joe was incredibly responsive, explaining my vehicle problems and getting back to me quickly with any updates. I appreciated the consistent flexibility he provided throughout the process, making sure I felt informed every step of the way. He was especially thoughtful in accommodating the needs and input of my family members and her vehicle repairs which made the entire experience even smoother. Joe and his crew's dedication and commitment were evident as he followed up regularly, keeping us on track and ensuring no detail was overlooked. They even offered payment plans that fit our budget. D’Auto boys is hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to! A family member recommended it, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joe, the owner, is absolutely amazing, honest and so easy to work with. He treated me like family, taking the time to explain everything my car needed, helping me prioritize the work, and even provided different payment/financing options. The team at D’Auto boys is just as incredible. They worked quickly and did an outstanding job. My car is running perfectly now, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. The staff from the D’Auto Boys auto repair shop were so polite to me. The manager Joe was kind and understood the issue with my car. During a roadtrip stop in Phoenix, AZ, I had a screw loose that left my catalytic converter protection shield sort of dangling. The mechanics from D’Auto Boys fixed it up quick and professionally. Thank you, D’Auto Boys! I recommend their business!

We took our work truck to them to get an oil leak fixed. Nearly $800.00 later the oil leak wa supposed to be fixed. It wasn’t. We too the truck back to get the same oil leak fixed and was told the transmission now is leaking. The transmission has never leaked a drop of fluid until they had the truck. It is truly very hard to find an auto mechanic that you can trust. I would not recommend this shop!!!

I explained to you joe before I brought my vehicle to your shop I called you and informed you my hose busted on the top passenger side of engine...but before it busted I was loosing coolant I had to fill coolant every couple of days and my turbo had been replaced you even asked me why do I not go back to shop because it has warranty but I made it clear my decision was to bring to you so you said we charge 170 for first hour inspection so your mechanic just seen the hose said there's your problem fixed it and said car is ready Carlos said car is fixed it was just the hose I said no I told joe I knew my hose was busted but before it busted I was loosing coolant so for your shop to say the hose busted we don't know why but your car is fixed now we did inspection it's holding coolant and so I paid and it was still losing coolant of course I was angry my car was not fixed and when I came back you made it seem like I wanted a free turbo put in that makes no sense because you said it could be the lines behind the turbo not the turbo itself I explained my whole situation and you said go ahead and bring it in we will look at it and get your car fixed i also informed you that I did not mind voiding the warranty for turbo because I will be coming to your shop so you can find the problem and fix my vehicle..I told you my hose was busted that's why I brought it to you just because I mentioned I had the turbo replaced that was your excuse to not touch it...makes no sense to fix the hose that I told you was busted and not fix the real problem... but joe does nothing in the shop so someone else thought it was just the hose a 40 dollar part easy fix easy money but I had explained to Carlos that I told you joe my hose was butsted and I already knew that so Carlos informed me oh ok I did not know you spoke with Joe so you just assumed it was the hose and I was just a dumb customer so Carlos said we will go ahead and do full inspection on vehicle and get back to you which is when i was told my car was fixed and paid 380 for a simple oil change and hose change 40 for the hose with 2 clips to replace and 40 for oil and oil filter 100 buks the most I paid 380 for nothing and the problem was my radiator 100 buks but I trusted your shop the should be changed to D auto scammer's lol...but I paid because I was told my vehicle was fixed had no issues and it was not fixed....but it's ok joe I trusted you and you failed as a professional shop...you will never have my business again and please do not call me again it's been a month since this happened why are you calling me now joe you must have nothing better to do with your time which is the reason my car did not get fixed worst shop experience God bless you all 🙏 stay humble

Very very reliable mechanic shop. I took my truck in on Friday around 5pm, I was expecting them to not look at it until maybe Tuesday, knowing there were other vehicles and customers, I was TOTALLY WRONG. My truck was fixed by 2pm monday! I had my starter replaced, my battery also & did a full inspection. Been bringing my vehicles here since the beginning and it never disappoints. Joe (the owner) is a very reasonable guy, he works with you and also understands you. Front desk guy always keeps you updated and explains what’s going with your vehicle. Thank you D auto boys, will definitely keep coming back! (Hoping not anytime soon lol)

By far the best Mechanic shop I’ve ever been to . The owner Joe is so genuine and cares for the community he grew up in which is very apparent . They worked so hard on my car and were very honest about everything to do with the repair process . Carlos was excellent with updating me on the progress every step of the way . The guys in the back work hard and know what they are doing and if they can’t help they will be honest and give you the best mechanic advice ! I’d highly suggest anyone go here instead of a lot of other places that rip you off and don’t care about your car troubles ! I give them 10 stars!

My tire had a slow leak for a couple weeks and so I took my car here after work. Carlos was able to help me and patched up the tire very quickly, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.

I was driving on the freeway and something hit my car and ripped off the front engine shield. I was right by D’Auto Bros and gave them a call 30 minutes before closing. They were more than happy to help me out with simply clipping the shield back on. I came in very stressed and worried about what had just happened to my car and when I was leaving all they asked for was a review as payment. I truly appreciate their kind help on a rough day!

Great place to take your vehicles, we have a fleet of cargo vans and we service them at DAuto boys, we been coming here for the last 3 years and Joe and his team always take care of us. I also service my personal car. Ask for Carlos or Sussy they will take care of you. Prices are affordable but over all are fair and convenient. The place is clean and restrooms are impeccable.

The best mechanic shop in town! The customer service is amazing, the place is super spacious and clean, but a over all the prices are affordable, they comunícate and explain what ever is wrong with you car, I came in for a full tune up before my road trip and they inspected my vehicle completely. This is by far THE WORST "repair" shop in all of Arizona. they took over 5 days to just diagnose an issue with my car, told me everything was fine until they somehow got the car started with a starter they put in, after they installed a new starter, they then didn't even call, i had to call them and find out they seized my engine to which they told me "this is how the car was dropped off" tried charging me $1200 and they are currently still holding my car hostage... PLEASE save your car/money and let my 1 year old dog work on your car.. i even needed to call the police just to get my belongings out of my car because the manager refused to let me and told the officers it was because he didn't like how upset I was. they're liars, none of their technicians know ehat they're doing and conveniently none of the technicians speak the same language as you no matter if it's Spanish or English.. i would've given 0 stars if i could.. don't fall for them paid reviews they got, this place is ridiculous Reply: first of all, i paid you $603 for the diagnostic which took 5 days. in which the first hour, i was told my engine was perfectly fine. my vehicle was receiving spark, fuel and compression and then on day 9, after the starter was replaced, all of a sudden, my engine was seized... now we have famous question, IF my car was dropped off with a siezed engine, why did it take 5 days, $600 and a new starter for your technicians to find out that's what the problem was and why was i told multiple times that my engine was working just fine until yall did a repair.. and then was told by your manager that there was no repair done, and if that's true, where is this $1200 charge coming from because it takes 15 minutes to find out you gotta seized engine, but we're going on 2 weeks now finally, needing the police to show for this shop holding my car hostage, ive been informed that this place is just taking advantage of me because I'm a female, thinking i know nothing about my own car, they were forced to explain what it was that they did to my car, had to lift it ans show underneath my car which reveled that the engine was in fact siezed because they somehow caused an extreme oil leak. to which they had told me "this is how your car arrived" im now needing to take them to court for not letting me get my car, EVEN AFTER THEYVE BEEN PAID! stay far away from this shop.. checking the reviews as well, i noticed that they're being left by the employees at the front desk except for the fact that it was dropped off on Thursday night and on Friday, you're open until 6pm and if you didn't start working on it until Monday, why did you send me a text at 4pm on Friday asking for more money and why did it take you 5 days after that to find out the engine was siezed? i didn't make any comments but i can if you want to? I'm off work today, i can xome by and warn all the customers about how you're going to take advantage of them.. also, once my car was up on the lift, the bottom of the car was covered in oil to which i heard "that's how it showed up" but if that's how it showed up, whyd it take you more than 30 minutes to diagnose that. even if you have a certain process to follow, you shouldn't have needed anymore than that first hour. and if my engine was siezed, WHY DID YOU REPLACE THE STARTER lmao why do i even waste my time, i already got yall to admit the car was running just fine until you guys did your repair. we'll see what the judge has to say

Very honest and trustworthy. I know as a female I can go there and not get taken advantage of. They don't upsell and force you into unnecessary mechanical work. I will choose D' Auto Boys over anyone in the valley. I appreciate the work they do and how professional each member is. Highly highly recommended.

Great service, im really amaze on the work this guys do. I brought my 18’ highlander for a problem on the steering and the came so fast with the conclusion They did put a lift kit and tires and im really happy with their work, they definitely will be my go to mechanics. Carlos at the front gave me a lot of options for my car definitely a great guy and the mechanic in the back they always showed me all problems and explained me every detail of my vehicle.

I take back what I said, women beware of this place, I went in to have my brakes checked & noticed they messed with my dash screen which I thought was odd because they were checking brakes so no need to touch that, the last time I checked I had 15% left to get oil change & they reset it so it now says I'm at 100% so had I not known I would thought I was good on my oil change for long time. It really sucks when people take advantage of women!

Despite positive reviews, my experience with this shop was far from good. I believe I was scammed, possibly because I'm a woman with assumed limited knowledge of mechanics. After being told my vehicle needed specific parts to fix an issue, I trusted them and left my vehicle. Upon picking it up, they charged me for something that didn't resolve the problem and even added an unconfirmed charge. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned in the same condition, with an additional questionable suggestion for another part. I sought another opinion, and it turns out their initial diagnosis had nothing to do with the actual issue. Disappointed with their lack of professionalism and apparent attempt to deceive me, I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I had hoped to leave a positive review this second time around, especially after speaking with the owner, Joe. However, my experience and interactions with him and his mechanics at the shop were disappointing. Despite Joe's assurance and commitment to refund my money, as mentioned in my previous review, I have yet to receive any refund a week later, and my calls and texts remain unanswered. Both the reliability of his shop and Joe as the owner have come into question. It's essential to take accountability and ownership when things are not done right, rather than misleading customers with a "money back guarantee." My dissatisfaction is not only due to the service but also the way I have been treated. I hope they will respond to the legal action I am pursuing since they have failed to address my concerns.

Never had any other shop ask me how much I paid for the Groupon and get offended when I ask why and explain that no other place has asked so it’s little off when someone does. As the saying goes, “common sense isn’t too common.” and Anthony proved that one today. They can keep the little 20 something bucks I spent on the Groupon, especially cause Anthony couldn’t seem to understand that I don’t recall how much I paid for the Groupon 2 months but it was on sell and is currently $37.50 on Groupon if that can help

Just look at the giant list of one star reviews and then the owner trying to justify his end of service.
