Been bringing our cars to Datsun Doctor for 30 years. Ted, Betty and crew go above and beyond 100%of the time. They are professional, spot on when diagnosing a problem, and repair it quickly and efficiently every time. They are truly a blessing.

Datsun Doctor have serviced and repaired several of my families cars over the last 10 years. I know from experience that the work will be done right and on time. Their prices are fair and I trust any recommendations they make will be in my best interest. Reliable and trustworthy auto repair companies are quite rare these days!

This is a family owned business who takes the time to get it right. I had a vehicle that my usual mechanic could not find the problem. Betty asked a lot of questions about the sound it was making and the next day the mechanic had discovered the problem. I was thrilled!

This place saved our car! If you have a car repair close to or over $1000, get a 2nd opinion HERE, especially if you have a Japanese made model (note many American cars have hybrid, globally made parts.) This shop saved us thousands, and has a solid reputation. I have long story to back this up, but for now, know that our Ann Arbor experience at a shop we used for years ended up proving towing our car to this shop 45 miles away was well worth it. We drove it home today, and it ran like it was almost new. It's over 20 years old, BTW. Solid gold! ❤️🔥❤️

I just called to try to make an appointment, since for years I have gone to Datsun Doctor. The "lady" on the phone told me that I was better off going to a dealership since she cannot make and appointment for my car until after thanksgiving. She told me that she doesn't know what she can do but the Dealership have tools to reset things that they don't.... Datsun Doctor needs to hire a replacement since I will never go there again BECAUSE ," They don't have tools or know what could be wrong with the car, (without seeing it I might add!!!) But the dealership does.. What a JOKE!!! Goodbye Datsun Doctor you a a huge disappointment after years of great service.

My car broke down unexpectedly. Talked the lady at the front desk. She was so very honest about the time frame. They fixed my car and didn't charge me as much as I thought it was going be. If I ever need my car fixed again I will bring it here. Thank you all.

These guys certainly know what they're doing. Always quick turnaround, professional, clean, courteous, honest and friendly. I drive a 93 Toyota 4Runner which I've had since 0 miles, and I only trust them to work on it. Not afraid of doing custom work within their capabilities. Would absolutely recommend for asian imports. They even find used OEM parts for me, which are typically much better than new generic aftermarket parts. Did I mention they're great??

Awesome small family business with many years of experience. I dropped my 2004 Acura TL off to be assessed for a steering wheel vibration issue I was having. Betty, the lady at the front desk communicated with me through the day on what the mechanic found and the solution for each problem. I like that she did not pressure me into getting every possible issue fixed that day. She let me know what items were important for the car to be safe and what future maintenance items I should consider. I ended up having a seized brake caliper, worn front sway bar link and out of balance tire. My high expectations (based on written reviews and a recommendation from a long time customer) were met and I look forward to working with Datsun Doctor in the future for both of my cars needs!

Great family run shop. They have been working on our vehicles for 15 years from the world’s worst Honda Accord that we bought from an auction to our family hauling Honda Odyssey. Work is always done in a timely manner and handled professionally without sticking it to us like dealerships and other shops do. Ted and Betty and the service team have been very good to us through the years as this Michigan climate and roads take their toll on our vehicles. That’s why we drive almost an hour to keep getting our cars serviced here. Well worth it.

These folks took care of my cars for over a decade until a time can when I only had domestic cars. I was sad they wouldn't work on my cars anymore. Recently I needed a transmission referral and they knew just who to call. Trustworthy. Solid. I like this shop.
