We live in our van, so braking down can be so frustrating. They told us we could stay overnight, they’d get us in in the morning. We got towed in to Darts after they closed on Wednesday. They were waiting for us Thursday morning, and were out before lunchtime! Thank you!

I was new customer at Dart Automotive and I'm extremely satisfied and happy I closed Dart Automotive. They were quick, with finding the problems with my 2011 Surburban LTZ. After I dtop vehicle off, I got email within 3 hrs tops saying my truck was fixed. Even the price was satisfying. I recommend any new customers having vehicle issues to checkout Dart Automotive. No integrity!! Had a New Transmission installed for $6000 October, 2024 with an (3yr Factory Ford Warranty ). Since then my truck has not ran good at all.. Constant slipping and clunk's while driving. I brought the truck back in not even two weeks later for ED to say I need engine and transmission mounts and that is the route of what I’m experiencing. Another $1200 and truck still making clunking noise and gear not catching but they find nothing wrong? I asked to speak with a Manager or Supervisor on 11-22-2024 So Mr. Ed ( Manger) looks at me and says “ I can’t help u, I don’t know anything about your truck speak to him,” and points to the guy next to him at front desk with a smug SMURK.. I will be pursuing further action and contacting Better Business Bureau!!! Disappointed !!!!!

Dart, once again repaired my vehicle. It was brought to Dart because the previous repair shop didn't do the repair properly. I decided I wasn't going back to the former repair shop as this was the 2nd and final time that I was going to have any more problems.

I scheduled an appointement to get the upper and lower ball joints replaced on the right side of my jeep at 8am in the morning (I told them the ball joints needed to be replaced upon dropping it off) and then my jeep sat there until 3pm for them to give me an outrageous estimate of $973 of which i declined after calling Lamb automotive and got the same job priced at $500.. upon picking my jeep up they informed me i still owed them $152.63 for doing nothing to my jeep except telling me abt the problem I already told them I had upon dropping it off with them all in all they wasted the whole day i took off work to get my jeep fixed and still nothing is done.. it now will be going to lamb automotive where even after paying dart auto $152.00 for nothing the same problem will be fixed for over $200 dollars cheaper haha WOW is all i can say.. have no idea how good the work is that they do but i sure know how much they think abt it.. dont take youre car here unless you just dont care where all youre money goes people like me cant afford to get raped

I’m from out of state and experiencing the car overheating I dropped my car off unexpectedly in the middle of the night. These guys are super, got my car repaired in a day. Reasonable prices. Very courteous and explained exactly what the problem was. I will highly recommend and use them for any further needs.

My experience was not good at all. The a/c system on my vehicle took almost two months for them to do and it still isn't any better than when they started. It cost me 2900$ and it isn't working any better than it did. The custom fabrication they supposedly did on my trailer hitch install was stacking pieces of metal for spacers and called it custom fabrication which was another 600$ by the time it was done. Because of the time they took and the excuse after excuse me and my wife have lost jobs that we were counting on as we are now headed across the country in the vehicle with no ac. My wife was upset and trying to talk to the gentleman who had been working with us on the work and then the other front desk gentleman tried to talk down to my wife as if she had no right to be mad at what has gone on. Needless to say I will never be back for any work to be done there or will I ever send anyone there for work.

The customer communication on the repair was zero. Our vehicle sat at this location for 3 months with nothing done. We got the vehicle and found the repair in less then 48 hours. Stay away from this place as the customer service has declined greatly since a female employee left the company.

The folks at DART automotive were great. They did a nice job, I thought the price was reasonable and the communication between me and them throughout the day was the best I ever had with a repair show. I never used them before, but they have become my #1 auto repair shop going forward !

You’re going to see a three star rating on this review because I have and left with mixed emotions. First thing, they were extremely prompt in calling me regarding my truck and evaluating the situation going on with it. I left it outside of the gate before they opened in the morning with no appointment and no prior phone call. I then called and left a message regarding the truck, and they called me shortly after they opened the same morning. Later on the same day, I received a text alert regarding the things that needed to be done to the vehicle. I was at work so I didn’t have time to properly respond to the text. A short while later, I called to ask a few questions regarding the vehicle, and in a nutshell was told that The service it was already done . I did not approve for the service to be done via the text or email system. It automatically was approved for the service. I left early from work that same afternoon to go pick up and yes pay for the services done. I did make mention that the labor rate seemed extremely high for the work that had to be done. I was told that I should be glad I didn’t go to Beach Ford because they are a lot more. So this is why it is rated only a three for the prompt and quick action would have been a five by itself. But since I didn’t approve the service ahead of time, it would’ve been rated one. Take what you want away from this Survey I am not sure if I will return only time will tell

After returning from a long road trip I had vibration in the front area that developed during the return trip home. I went to Dart who has done all my auto maintenance for the last 7 years to get a diagnoses. (They even helped out a couple of our kids on an emergency basis in the past) Their mechanic, "Keith", checked my Honda Odyssey and found I had a couple of broken motor mounts and worn out CV joints. He recommended replacing all motor mounts and transmission mounts and the CV joints. I agreed, do it all, if you're taking things apart. We've both have had past experience when just the broken thing was replaced and in short order the other parts broke causing a double expense. We planned 2 days for the work to be done and the result was like a new car again. Dart and team does excellent work in a timely manner at a fair and reasonable price. Also, if you have to wait they have a very nice, clean waiting room with coffee, nice plus. I strongly recommend them for your auto maintenance and repair needs.

After not driving my Chevy Silverado regularly, I cranked it up and noticed that it was not running as it normally does. So, after checking local shops and reading reviews, I called and took it to Dart Automotive in Conway for a diagnosis. On the way to the shop, the truck ran fine. After receiving the diagnosis, I was floored as to what they wanted to do to the truck. I have been around cars and trucks all my life and have done my fair share of maintenance and repairs to my vehicles, so I was shocked by what I saw. They wanted to do over $2000 of work to the truck...wow! After reviewing the diagnosis and doing a fair bit of reading, I authorized an oil change and replacing the engine's serpentine and A/C belts. This work and the diagnosis cost over $500. The issue I have is the outrageous prices to replace an air filter and windshield wipers. Each is a 5-10 minute job, and they wanted to charge me over $100 for each one...really? They also wanted to replace my cabin air filter (another $100 plus job). However, my truck doesn't require one. They may do good work, but before agreeing to all they recommend, you may want to get a second opinion.

We’ve used Dart Automotive before & they are always courteous, quick, & honest. I get a texted detailed job estimate with the issues & recommended areas of concern where I can approve or disapprove the work. This way I know exactly what the costs are for each service. Also the detailed break down allows me to question what I don’t understand. I’m kept up to date on status & completion of job. We’ve always got our vehicle back same day as well. We would highly recommend their services.
