To R Smith reviewer: Okay, the lady with the break. COB, right on the invoice says point blank. 90 days labor 6000 miles. She came in 6 months later, saying that she's hearing noises I drive it. I look at it. I don't see one thing wrong with it. She wants me to do everything free. When point blank? She was already almost 60 days past warranty, and I was gonna still do it free. And then all of a sudden, she's going to have something done. And she's going to be laid up for 3 months, I told her I was gonna do it free. It wasn't gonna cost her a dime. Even though it was 60 days past Warranty, now what would you do on that one?

I am a senior citizen disabled lady that has been taken advantage of many times. So I had high hopes. My brakes have not been right since the day he put them on there. They squeak non-stop and even though I have gone back and he has supposedly reworked on them, they still don't work. I do believe my only recourse is to eat the $900 that he charged me for a break job a couple of other thing .not to mention the $30 screw for s Sunvisor. F y I If he works on your car makes you get your old parts back from. I'm gonna pray that the courts will see my problem with this situation and award me. my money back sadly, I think his karma's already coming back to get him. Please Beware.

Dan has the best customer service and my alignment was fast and on a timely manner I highly recommend Dan's Blackstone Tire. I will most diff be coming back in the future.

I would leave zero stars if I could. My dad took his car in because he had a nail in his tire. Long story short he totally screwed it up and it went flat and we couldn't get it repaired again and had to buy a whole new tire. When your only job is tires, how do you completely mess it up!? Incompetence.

Dan’s (previously Ray’s) Blackstone Tire has been my go to place for tires & auto repair for years. Dan does great work & gives honest answers about your car’s needs. I really like going to a place where I can talk to a mechanic about my car.

I am very happy and pleased with the great service at Dan Blackstone and tires ..I had my A/C service there done there and tires service ..He is honest and will not try to over charge you and I highly recommend their great service you will not be disapointed

His prices are fair for the most part but he can be really rude . It can make him hard to deal with. Other than that his work is usually pretty good, I cant complain. So if you dont care about customer service at all, check them out.

Not very good at alignment at all. Price was doubled do to him not doing it right the first time and charging to do it again less than 1 week of the first visit poor service but there are so many shops screwing people over what really is there

Great services. Went in for brake job. Owner called to tell me I didn't need new pads. When I told him about front end behavior he only did front brakes and turned rotors. His honesty saved me a lot of $$$. You don't get that much these days. Highly recommend

I've been going here for years. I know I can trust them. Ray ran a honest and straight forward shop, offering a great product, his word and honesty. Dan is continuing this tradition. If you are needing help, they are honest, helpful and won't gouge you out of your money. They do honest work and offer a great product. You can't go wrong going to Dan's Blackstone Tire.

Very paranoid in giving information on what the issue is with car. All he says is that it needs repair but he can't tell me what the issue is cause I might just go fix it myself. Very vague. I understand he needs to make money but people would like to know what they are paying to fix. It's not like I can't go anywhere else. That's probably why his garage is so empty. Dan is a nice guy as a person but business wise he needs to not worry about the small stuff too much. Be honest and if people choose to go elsewhere then o well. They not worthy to be your customers. Gain trust and you have a customer for life. I give five stars only because I support the little guys. Good luck Dan.

Been using Ray's for over 40 years, Always honest, fair price. Best alignment in Fresno. Co. Dan is just as knowledgeable as his dad. Will continue to do business in the years to come.

Had my steering hose changed a week later I still had a problem I went in so they can check it out and he couldn't figure it out he told me to come back in one week. No to begin with I felt they over charged me in this and there was something bout the guy that did it for me. I went to a different Mechanic a month later and he looked into it and he was looking deep to see where the leak was coming from and said I wonder if they even tightened it. So he tightened and the problem was solved! Rays tire shop caused me Money cuz they couldn't fix the Problem. Ray who was the original owner was really good. However his son and his grandson who has took end over the business over charge and don't do a good Job.
