They steal from customers cars I had a green bag in the backseat with an Xbox controller in it. After picking the car up, the bag, controller, two phone chargers, and a phone stand were gone. Things that were in my in my center console before I dropped off the vehicle were scattered around the floor of the car after picking it up. I would like my controller and bag back immediately.

I recently had my vehicle serviced here for a loose battery wire. The repair took less than 5 minutes, in which they tightened the battery wire. No replacement parts or diagnostics was involved, yet I was charged $140. I felt the cost was unreasonable for the service provided. In my experience, the pricing didn’t reflect the value of the repair.

Took both my vehicles within a week. Both times they were fast and completed my service same day even though I was a walking in. Friendly and will explain details if repair. Would recommend

Great customer service, our alternator went out en route from NC to GA. Had to be towed in but he had someone start working on it immediately, had me out the door in under two hours. I really appreciate you keeping my family from being stranded overnight!

Not the Danny’s of the past. I’ve taken my vehicles to Danny’s off and on for over 15 years, and the price was always a little high, but the work was solid. Today’s visit l, however, will be my last. I was just charged $413 for an oil change and one tire plugged. It’s true they ran a diagnostic but didn’t even fix the 2 cylinder misfires it revealed. Moreover, they charged me $151.16 for 4.8 quarts of oil and $37.25 for a tire plug. The CEL and TMPS lights I asked them to take care of are still on and nothing (except maybe the tire) was fixed. When ask about the exorbitant amount, the manager Jorge cited the diagnostic test and said they’d need to put back on the rack to fix the misfires. If an oil change and tire plug cost over $400, I’d hate to see what plugs or coils would rate. No thanks.

I literally walked into Dani’s automotive in tears due to another mechanic telling me that my Volvo engine blew, and the engine is knocking. I was treated with such compassion and understanding and reassurance that they will do whatever they can and take a look at it as soon as they can. Within a week they had my Volvo up and running did a car check and completed some other work needed. I am so thankful for the team at Danny’s Automotive for providing me outstanding customer service, honestly, understanding and quality work! Thank you!

Been going to them for years now but this time, they have this new guy at the counter and he is extremely unprofessional. He was charging for 2 things when in reality, they only did 1 thing. I asked him about why charging me for something they did not do, and he said, "ok, you don't want to pay for that". With an attitude too. Well DUHHHH! Of course I don't want to pay for something that wasn't done. There was another thing as well, I have it on text. But it is too much to write. Anyways, I won't be going there anymore. They need to get rid of the rude but bright (sarcastic) individual at their counter.

Got my son AC compressor done last year & a year later the AC not blowing out cold air. We were still under warranty & when went to pick up the car was told that it was the AC harness was cracked and thats not under warranty. Why wouldn't you have seen that when you did the work last year. I don't know what Danny's Automotive got going on now but they have changed. We have brought so many cars to them to work on and within the yr notice the change in the work and how long they are keeping the vehicles. I asked if it was new management & was told no. So it must be new workers then. We will be finding a new automotive place to get our work done at. They use to do good work but not so much now. We spend way too much money with them for this mess.

I've taken my own cars as well as my family's vehicles, domestic and foreign, to Danny's for over 10 years, and I've had great service *every single time*. These are the folks to go to when other guys are over their heads, too. Anyone who has ever tried to get a completely broken shifter cable on an older Hyundai fixed will appreciate that statement. They can do the small stuff like oil changes, too. Highly recommend them, without hesitation.

Hello! I was coming from Charlotte, NC on my way to Atlanta, GA and had some transmission issues. I was referred to Danny’s Automotive through a local native of Columbia, SC when I stopped for gas and was worried about my transmission issues. Danny’s could have turned me away when I called at 4:40pm (they close at 5pm) to request service for my transmission. They serviced my transmission!!! Amazing customer service , and a heart for the people 🫶🏾 Thanks Perry and Danny’s Automotive, I’m on my way back home to Charlotte, NC

Care and honesty! I was amazed by the care that Perry put into ensuring his customers vehicles were correctly diagnosed prior to making repairs. This ensures that no short cuts were taken and the problem was fixed without random parts being thrown at a vehicle. Extremely helpful staff. I usually try to do repairs myself but just didn't have what I needed. They drained my gas and replaced the fuel pump in under 2 hours. Not only were they fast but they dealt with me calling and asking questions and never hesitated to answer.

I went in to have 1 stripped bolt taken out on a Monday, and the guy told me that he couldn't help me until Thursday and wasn't very friendly. I left and went around the corner to Northeast Car Care, and the guy there stopped what he was doing and took it out within a few minutes. Since he helped so quickly, I asked him to change my oil as well.

It was my first time taking my SUV to have them fix the problem. Perry and his staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. I think Perry is a robot because he seemed to know his customers' car history 🤔.

My husband called at 11 to check on my SUV they were working on. They said the part was off and that it would be ready today. When I called at 4:30 to check they told me they couldn’t get the part off (the part they had previously said was already off) and that it wouldn’t be ready today. We’re picking up the car unfinished because I refuse to give them any more of our money. Zero stars.

Please do not go to this shop! The manager there was very unprofessional . He charged me for something he did not perform. My car was not fixed at all. I asked for my money back , and he insisted he wouldn’t.

Took a very long time for repair. Put broken and bent parts back on the vehicle instead of informing us about them they just put them back on and eventually those parts needed to be dealt with in a separate repair instead of doing it all at once. The 1st repair that was needed they had to order parts for a problem where I could have been driving the vehicle while I waited. I stead they tore the truck apart and refused to put it back together while I waited for weeks for the part to come in
