LIARS. I called all around, the price for mounting and balancing my size tires was between 25 and 35 per tire depending. These hacks told me 35/tire for mount and balance plus 140 for alignment. They told me 1.5 hours, it took over 3 hours and didnt even align them! When it came to pay they charged me 35 to mount AND 35 to balance. NO OTHER SHOP IN DANBURY IS THAT MUCH. They lied to my face. Instead of making a big deal over $140 extra, they clearly need it more than me. I paid and let them know I'm not giving them my business for the rest of the job they couldn't complete In response to your response because theres no way to reply again that's a lie. I dropped the truck off at 2:15 and didn't leave until 5:30 and you didn't finish the job. I still need to get an alignment which is getting done right now a day later. I also brought you 22 inch wheels not 20s. You saw the tires and the truck before telling me 2:15. Everywhere else I called (7 total shops) would work on the wheels, 1 place said let me see if they'll fit in the machine so again your wrong, no where i called turned the business away. I didn't pick the cheapest place because I didn't want a cheap job. I also didn't misunderstand the price I was told. Again I paid the extra, it's not a lot of money. This isn't sad, its an exact review of the bad experience I had.

Fast, friendly, helpful. Had to tow the car from the premises and back to (long story) and the staff immediately notified me that there was a crack in the lip. It was there before already, but great attention to detail

Came here about a month ago to get my car fixed. This time I brought in my daughter's car since it had multiple issues. To say the least I had confidence & trust with them to get the job done. I don't write reviews often, but this was worth the extra time. The team was great. They texted me a quote for the front brakes of my Mazda. I have to say, they provided quality service for a fair price. I called everywhere for quotes and they were spot on, based on my research. I had them do the oil and some filters as well, everything was done timely, and again, a fair price. That's what people want today, just quality service without feeling like they are being taken advantage of. If you need auto work, got to Danbury Tires & Auto. A+ experience!

I was stuck on one of the coldest days, called Danbury Tires & Auto spoke with Alex, provided a Tow truck number to get my car to him. I would recommend Danbury Tires & Auto to everyone ! Alex and his Team are Amazing ! Don't waste your time going to other places ( I actually want to gatekeep ) but this place is so Amazing I need to share, for the best auto care and prices - Go see Alex !

There crooks sold me a used tire with 4 plugs in it. I know it’s a used tire but come on with 4 plugs then try to tell me 25 for a plug when I just got the tire off them like 2 weeks ago, telling me he didn’t know the tire had plugs. I went some where else to get a plug which was charged 10 bucks for the tire shop to tell me the tire no good that’s how I found out the tire had 4 plugs.

We had our car just break down in the middle of a 10-hour car trip. We were looking at places to go they were the best option. The staff, in particular Alex, were very understanding and sweet towards us. They were willing to talk to our mechanic friend from home and were very clear and concise with us and were evem willing to pick us up from the hotel. They even treated us like family during our short stay. Thank you, danbury Tire & Auto, for your incredible hospitality and amazing service.

These guys are amazing...had a blowout and they took good care of me. They didn't take advantage because I was from out of town, fast friendly service, very reasonable prices, actually enthusiastic about helping out their customers. Better service than every single tire place I've been to in all of my years living in NY, my only regret is that they are over two hours away from where I live......Thank you 😁

On a Saturday night exploring Danbury before moving to the area, I had a flat tire. I called at 6:30PM when the business closes at 7:00PM. Not only did they tell me to come right in, but as soon as I arrived they began working on my vehicle. Everyone working here was extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. When I got my car back (within 20 minutes) all tires had gotten air in them and they had shut off the vehicle safety alert. They created such a positive experience and I am so excited to come here going forward.

Got a nail in my tire without realizing it. I couldn't get the tire off because a previous shop put a wrong size lug nut on it. I drove to Danbury Tire on my under inflated tire and they assured me they could fix the flat and remove the wrong-sized lug nut. Unfortunately, when they got the tire off, they discovered the flat had resulted in damage to the sidewall, which the owner showed me. He explained the options and risks of driving with the damaged sidewall, but didn't pressure me to make a decision about buying new tires. They seemed to not have a huge inventory and didn't have the exact brand/type of tires I needed, but they were able to get a comparable quality set put on for me that afternoon for a reasonable price. The owner was very helpful and patient in helping me through the process.

Lifesaver! Passing through town, 2.5 hours from our destination with kids and the dog in the car. Discovered we had a screw sticking out of one of our rear tires. Mohammed and his guys took care of it right away and got us back on the road in no time. Even filled all four tires. So grateful to have stumbled into such an honest and efficient operation.
