My wife got a flat tire on 90 and pulled the car into Dampers just by chance. People were great, immediately put a spare on didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Thank you Dampers you saved the day!

Owner is super involved. Reminds me of a real Mom and Pop Shop. They move slow though, but that is the price of giving each customer individual attention.

They were open on communication about when they were able to take my vehicle, worked with me on that timeline, and finished my vehicle and let me know when they were done in a timely manner! So thankful my neighbor recommended them, they got me out of a tough spot at a reasonable price!

OUTSTANDING REASONABLE and HONEST!!! I was traveling through the CLE and hit the jackpot of all potholes. My rear shock was completely wiped out and I was unable to travel safely home. Rick the owner took my safety and situation into consideration and slid me into his schedule. I was fixed and back on the road that day! Thanks to Rick and his friendly staff for helping me out! Highly recommend.

He kept my car for a month. Didn't complete the work he agreed to. Did some other work on my suspension, which broke again a month later. Charged me 1500 dollars and is not returning my phone calls.

We have been quite pleased with Rick and his team from the welcoming smile of the lady at the front counter to his mechanics efforts to troubleshoot and address the issues of 3 of our cars. The work is done well, and he guarantees it with a fair price, and always a clear explanation of what is wrong. Great job Dampers!
