Very professional and upfront service! Even called my husband about some previous repairs that we had no idea about. Picked my car up today and it looks great. Was hesitant due to bad experience with previous shops, but Dalton definitely came through for us. Absolutely would recommend.

When the freak accident happened, literally a glass explosion, Dalton Collision made this experience a great one. From the checking in process by Rachael , who kept me updated twice a week once repairs began, to Wesley the Estimator, to the repair teams, paint teams, to the detailing team, who literally went above and beyond on detailing-- special thanks to Amanda. I encourage, recommend either location for Dalton Collision, Blaine has repaired 2 other vehicles of ours in the past did an amazing job as well, and Powell as well. Keep up the great work guys... Special thanks to Daniel and Jerry as well.

AI had to have my SUV repaired after being rear ended. Dalton collision was on top of it! The process to have it repaired was quick and easy! Angela, up front in the office, was so helpful and kind. She was always available to answer any questions and help with my insurance and rental car process. My SUV looked brand new after the repair and they walked me through everything they completed on the SUV. I loved the text updates as they did the repairs and they even fixed it before they originally stated. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

The woman at the front desk is a sweetheart. FYI: they don't have a after-hours key pickup box. Just pickup your vehicle during business hours and they'll take great care of you.

Dalton was more than a pleasure to deal with for my vehicle repairs! They were quick and eager to get my vehicle in for repairs and kept constant communication with me throughout the whole process! The work was equal to or better than OEM quality. In the unfortunate situation I have to go through this process again, I will definitely be relieved to do it with Dalton.

I was hit by a car and my entire driver side was crushed from front to back. Dalton did a great job fixing the car kept me in the loop by texting me every day to let me know where my car was in the process the people were very friendly and nice, I was pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

Communication was poor. When I took my car in to get an estimate it was 3 weeks before I heard anything, and this was after I called to ask for updates. I left messages but they were never returned. I have never had a car accident or repairs before and was unaware how long the process would take, but I would expect those who deal with car insurance would have been able to help me better understand the timeline. Maybe I was more in the dark bc I was filing the repairs through the other driver's insurance, who was at fault? When their insurance would not cover the standard wheel repair, Dalton did little to guide me on how to handle the situation and I had to call the insurance company myself with little knowledge on what the issue actually was. When I dropped my car off, I asked them if I could see an estimate to repair a small scratch on the back corner at the same time. They said they would write an estimate up and get it to me. I never got it, despite the person checking me in taking a moment to write this down on the intake form. When I picked up my car and asked about it later, they said there was no record. I received an automated text on August 15, saying my repairs were done and that they would be calling to set up a pickup if they hadn't already. They didn't call, so I started calling and left messages multiple times, none of which were returned until 8/23. I work at a busy hospital and was on call with inpatients Friday through Monday and couldn't get there until Tuesday. When I tried to set up a time on Tuesday (between patient appointments), they told me 1pm could be tricky bc lunch. I told them I could make anytime between 12:30-3pm work, to which I was told that entire time is lunch break and although I could come at that time, it might be a delayed process. I went at 1pm. My car was covered in tree sap/pollen, to the point I couldn't see well out the front window. But I needed to get back to work, so I decided to just leave after sharing my disappointment in the communication (they said they could make an estimate for what I asked for at the time of the drop off, but I had to go and they had my car 4 weeks to make that estimate). My car had a new clunking noise from the front passenger side, so I turned around and took it back. One of the women from back took it for a drive and agreed their was a noise, particularly when at slower speeds, and took it back on the shop for a technician to look. The technician couldn't find anything wrong, so he asked if he could drive it. He did, but then there was no sound. At this point I had to get back to my patients at work as it had been 1.5 hrs. The technician apologized for the sap covering the car and said I should drop it off for them to clean when I had more time, but they cleaned the windshield for me so I could at least see out. Aside from the noise and debris on the car, the repair seems to be complete.
