Professional - friendly - work done in timely manner

My vehicle was returned with the floor vents not working. I was told to get it diagnosed myself stating the malfunction was due to the accident. Submit to the at fault drivers insurance and get them to handle repair. This is a major inconvenience as to the very low temps currently. The repair work initially needed seems to be fine despite the added headache

Very nice caring people. So far as I can tell, wonderful repair work. A bit difficult for me to deal with as I didn’t know all the days they were off but this was during the holidays.

The repairs were estimated to take 2 weeks… they rolled it out in just one week!!!! My Suburu looks like a brand car, detail cleaned inside and out! Very impressive! I highly recommend CarStar!

Took our car designated day and we were called when our parts came in! We were also told when our car could possibly be ready! Ready before the day we expected and it is top notch job! Beautiful and it had been washed and inside so clean! Thank you Carstar for taking care of our car and making the experience stress free! A+

They have always done a great job on any of my vehicles I’ve taken to them. My daughter took her Toyota Prius there maybe 2 wks ago. She picked it up yesterday. She was very pleased! We will definitely continue going there.

Excellent body repair and paint work. Work was completed in a very timely fashion and car was returned with a complete detailed exterior cleaning. All cameras and sensors were calibrated. Jamie and his team were very professional and courteous.

Update‐ My car had to go back to CARSTAR the next day for a small issue. They took my car in right away, figured out the issue, ordered the new part, dealt with the insurance company for me and, as always, were polite and professional. Top shelf service!!! Rex and the front desk staff were wonderful. They even called with weekly updates.

These are great people to deal with I've known them for a year and a half and they are the best to deal with. Ask for Rex, he is personable, responsive, and informative. Ask him about his singing abilities.
