Amazing Guy Here At Dalton Auto Center, And Very Honest And Straightforward, He Went Above And Beyond For Me And My Wife To Make Sure We Left In The Truck We Was Looking At, When We First Met Him He Told Us Flat We Would Not Like A Vehicle That We First Came To Test Drive But We Was More Then Welcome To Drive It Anyways He Was Telling The Truth We Dis Not Like It, He Told Us About This Truck And Has Kept In Conctact With Us Since We Talked About It Last Week, If Anyone Is Looking To Purchase A Truck This Is The Place! 100 % Hands Down, I’ve Never Been More Happier Than I Am Now With This Vehicle Purchase

This is a rare place. Alan is honest, forthright and just a pleasant, nice guy. We bought a Ford diesel truck and 4 miles down the road the check engine light came on. I called Alan, he said "bring it back", he checked the codes, called his dad at the families engineer repair shop, they came to a solution, fixed the problem and since we live 5 hours away, Alan delivered it on a 45 foot trailer more than half way to us. Amazing service, a great family to deal with. They keep their word and they don't question whether to do the right thing or not, they just do the right thing.

Me and my husband went up to purchase a truck from them at this location, we drove 2 hours away this company seem like they were very trustworthy I stood there and I talked to him for at least 30 minutes asking him about his business, he personally told me everything about each individual truck that had something wrong with it. SO I then proceeded to ask him what could possibly be wrong with the truck that we are trying to purchase and he told me nothing he seemed very trustworthy being that he was telling me that each truck had something wrong with them and what they had to fix on them. We did end up purchasing the truck due to we thought that he was very trustworthy and the truck looked very nice and clean on the outside with the condition that it was in. So a few days later the truck started leaking oil the truck started leaking antifreeze and the air conditioner went out, we then took the vehicle to a diesel shop to then find out a few things was wrong with this truck one the blown Head gasket, burnt out fuse and had zip ties on all the wires it was discovered when the cab on the truck was taken off, sadly this was used to hold together. We found this company on Facebook Marketplace reach back out to the salesman to let him know all of the things that was discovered and how we felt that we were misled and this was very wrong of him to lie to us about these things and ask could he possibly make this right we purchased this vehicle. 8/27/2024 and it went into the shop on 9/3/2024. He told us that he had nothing to do with what was wrong with the truck and they could not fix anything or work anything out with us.

Saw a truck they had listed on FB Marketplace. We texted with some questions and Alan was very responsive so we scheduled an appointment to test drive. We were somewhat trepidatious as it was a 2 hr drive up, but very happy we did. The truck was as advertised and very clean. Alan was super and answered all our questions. He had the Carfax history printed and ready for us to review. No rush or hard selling. Let us take our time to look everything over and drive it. There were a few minor things they quickly agreed to fix. Fair pricing and no haggling back and forth like most auto dealers. Alan provided A+ service and made the vehicle purchasing experience a pleasure for us!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. By far these guys have been the most upfront, honest, and pleasant dealers we have ever dealt with. Alan went above and beyond to get us in the 3500 we were purchasing. If anyone is looking to get into a used but new to you truck I recommend them to any & everyone. Again, thank you Alan!

My grandfather and I visited several dealerships in the area and could not find what he was looking for, along with a price that matched the quality of the vehicles. As we were driving we passed this location and decided to drop in. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and was able to direct us to exactly what we needed. We bought an F150 through them with great mileage on it, and my grandfather loves it.

Arrived during their posted open hours. Found them closed......called several times to no answer. I even left work early for this. The company even confirmed their hours of operation on Google Maps only 6 weeks ago.
