Wallace was fantastic. He was extremely responsive, came to my apartment complex within three hours of me calling him at 8 AM on a Sunday morning, and went above and beyond to replace my brake pads. His prices were extremely reasonable (much cheaper than I expected), and his service was phenomenal. I will absolutely call Wallace again the next time my car needs service.

I was traveling in my RV from Leadville Colorado to Baton Rouge Louisiana and trying to make it before Labor Day weekend… I broke down outside Dallas, My air conditioner compressor froze, Broke fan belt sitting at the gas pump…googled mechanics near me, Dallas Mobile Mechanic Popped up 1st the list, called at 8:30pm on Wednesday night, He cheerfully answered and said he would be there in 10 minutes, He showed up, professionally Diagnosed problem, said in the morning he Would get the air conditioner compressor at O’Reilly’s and would return in morning…I had 2 belts with me for spares, he removed and replaced In 1 hour and I was back on the road….there are so many rip offs now days but Wallace was spot on, He is personal and professional ! I highly recommend him…thank you so much Wallace !

Worked on my car on short notice. Was fast and professional. Best prices I found too. Replaced my radiator fan assembly, thermostat and coolant in 45min. Cost less than what pepboys wanted for just the radiator fan assembly.

Wallace was great. My truck wouldn't start when I needed to go to work. I was hearing a clicking sound. I was thinking I needed a new starter. Googled for mobile mechanics and thought I'd give Dallas Metro Mobile Mechanics a ring. I figured it might be faster to get me up and back to work quicker than towing it to a service shop. I was lucky enough to be able to have Wallace come out just a few hours after I called him that same day. He did his diagnostics and got my truck started with his jumoer tool. He informed me that I needed a battery and not a starter and even was nice enough to follow me to my local autozone and replaced my battery for me there and made sure my truck started a few times in a row before he left on the road to save his next commuter. Great service!

I had a great experience with Dallas Metro! The AC in my Jeep went out in the middle of summer and I couldn’t take it anymore. They were very responsive, came and knew exactly what the problem was. Go my air back running in 2 days! I highly recommend 👌🏿

Only mobile mechanic I called that picked up at 6:30 pm. Wallace did a master reset while picking up a new battery that saved me $350 on a new key fob. Would give 6 stars if I could!
