Dallas Car Care has been taking care of my car since we came to Dallas in 2022. Their service is timely, thorough, complete and friendly! They remember their customers and our cars; keeping track of the history and upcoming service needs. Prices are most reasonable. I trust Dallas Car Care completely. 😊

I have been going to Dallas Car Care for a few years but I will not be returning. Had my back brake pads & rotors replaced in January (and waited for 4 hours to replace but no big deal), two months later my front brakes were squeaking so I dropped off my car and arranged for an Uber to take me home so I would not have to wait there again. I received l a call a few hours later saying there was nothing wrong with my car. I was confused as it was pretty apparent when braking. I did not arrive in time to pick it up that evening so went in the next morning as I had a job and quite a bit of things to do. I was surprised to not see my car out front. I went in and asked if it was ready…and it was news to me but they were replacing my rotors and pads. I had not been told this nor had I given permission to work on my vehicle. The communication was quite spotty and I felt like I could not get a decent answer as to why everything got so confused. The guy that runs the front desk is forever in a horrible mood. He is snappy and cranky and should definitely not be the face of the establishment. My front brakes were fixed last week and my car is unfortunately making an entirely new noise now. I will not be returning to them even though I am 99% sure it is a result of something they did. (Thought I had added this…after taking my car to a new place, it turns out I had 2 of the 5 lug nuts left on my wheel less than a week after going to this shop… super scary)

I thank God that I had a wonderful friend who recommended that I should allow these guys to take a look at my vehicle. I had another Auto Repair place who didn't do the work right. This Shop did and at a price, that if I had taken it to the manufacturer it would have cost several thousands of dollars more. Service was excellent 👌 ask Josh great guy. I pray much success for this business

I went there because my dealership car seller paid for me to bring the car for checking engine issues but no one approached me there was a guy his name Josh, his not a good employee he stand there over 30 minutes he didn't even come and check my vehicle people come and go I'm still there I understand I have to leave the car there but I told him if I live The car how long will take to come to pick up my vehicle he said 1 week he didn't even check my vehicle he's unprofessional I will never recommend no one to go there

Hands down best service I’ve had in Dallas! Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable of the work. Got it done in timely manner, on top of all that prices are beyond reasonable! Definitely recommend!

These guys are good at everything from trucks to cars. I needed a alternator on my mid duty truck and couldn't get it off myself as usual. These guys replaced it in no time. I also had a nox sensor that needed replacing on my freightliner M2 and the were able to replace it from a remote place on the exhaust system. Thrg will do there best to help you out or give you a referral elsewhere.

Saad and his team replaced the transmission in my 2013 Infiniti G37x. They did a professional job in a timely matter and the car is driving perfectly now. They offered me a reasonable price for the labor.

Dallas Car Care is the best! Use them for every issue or preventive maintenance work I need done. Just the other day I was out doing my last-minute shopping and it started to rain and when I turned on my wipers the plastic fell apart so I stopped, and they changed them out very quickly. All the gents that work there are so good to me when I need help. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Firestone quoted me $700 to repair something that was confirmed by Dallas Car Care to not need replacement. Ended up being a loose spark plug that (Firestone) installed which DCC fixed. Saved me almost 1k in unneeded repair and is a testament to their commitment to their customers and knowledge of car issues. Staff was extremely friendly as well. Absolutely recommend them for your automotive work.

I took my Infinity to Dallas Car Care to get my rear brakes replaced, but they called me back and told me that they were fine and didn’t need any work. I was so impressed by his honesty and integrity, as he could have easily charged me for something I didn’t need. He also gave me a free inspection and some helpful advice on how to maintain my car. I highly recommend Dallas Car Care to anyone who is looking for a reliable, affordable, and friendly auto repair shop in East Dallas. They are the best!
