They fixed my car. However the quote was $1000-2000. Ended up being over $2200. They said they would send photos of the damage. They said they would call me along the way. I had to call them to find out any information. Never received any photos. They told me using a Credit Card had an additional 3.5% charge. So I brought cash and a debit card to pay in full. I was charged the fee for using my debit card. If they had been clearer I would have gone to my bank and taken out the full amount. But honestly is it safe, as an older single female, to be carrying around over 2 grand in cash!! I was very thankful they were able to fit me in and fix my car. However I think I see why they weren't busy. Think carefully before bringing your vehicle to Dale's Auto Care.

If you're looking for a shop where you can expect trustworthy people and high-quality work, you should go to Dale's! I have been taking my car here for over a year, and every time I bring my car in it is a positive experience. Everyone here is honest and courteous, and the quality of work is great, not to mention fairly priced. I have been particularly impressed by the customer service here. When my car has needed more significant maintenance or repairs done, the staff at Dale's have explained clearly what is going on, and also offered advice on how to prioritize what needs to be done. Planning both simple oil changes and more complicated jobs are made pleasant here. Highly recommend this shop!

My truck broke down in Boise on a holiday weekend during a cross country move. I showed up at 7 am on a Tuesday morning desperate to get my truck fixed. He was very busy but Dale worked me in and I had a new fuel pump and was back on the road by noon the next day. Thanks for saving me Dale!!! I highly recommend Dales Auto they got me back on the road in a fair amount of time and for a fair price. Thanks again Dale!!

I just called this man, for a 14 maxima just for brakes nothing else he wants to charge 400$ he wouldn't even let me use brakes that I've already purchased because I like good quality ceramics and don't want a shops brakes 400$ are you serious smoking something strong buddy

Dale & his team provided excellent customer service and they took the time to explain the problems and my options and answer my questions. Dale even recommended getting a quote for one specific repair at a different place in town, to possibly save money, and explained what to ask for and what to expect with that other quote. Not that I want to need a mechanic in the future, but I will certainly be a returning customer!

They fixed probkems on our f150 the another shop just keep charging us more an more for but never fixed the problem an dales diagnosed it properly and fixed it right the first time.

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with my vehicles at Dale’s. In both instances, they were extremely honest, upfront, and trustworthy in the work that they performed. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well and they completed work quicker than expected. I feel far more comfortable bringing my vehicles to Dale’s than I do with any dealer. Quite a few years back. I paid them to do some work. And they really didn't complete the work like they like they said they would! I've tried to get vehicles in there because i live close by! I want them to do Brake pads! They should take you to only do that if they replace the rotors also! I call them recently on another car that need brakes ! They were very busy would have to leave the car with them over night!

Called an told them my issues, an that dodge said they cannot work on my car due to qualifications of technicians an they don't have the parts. And they took my car in same day, an had it fixed the same day I dropped it off all for under 500, Extremely awesome guys an customer service. Dales auto repair went above and beyond with my car crisis! My car was making weird noises and they happily looked at it right then and got me some extra oil. They also gave me a lot of assistance on what to do next and what to look for throughout the week. I have never had such great auto service and will definitely be going back to dales for all of my oil changes and car needs. Thank you so much!!!

I try to repair my own vehicles myself, due to past knowledge of being a service mechanic and automotive machinist. although being in a time crunch and lack of diagnostic tools, I have to go to the real technicians. That is where Dales Auto Care is first choice among others. Sam and his crew are always knowledgeable and fair. I always recommend them to friends and family .

My GF bought a car from an auction and we took it here. The vehicle was a piece of junk. Instead of trying to get us to fix things,they were honest with us and told us it was junk. So if you are looking for honest mechanic's go to Dale's. They now have my business for any car needs.

They were very kind and clear about the situation as they fixed my car (it had a check engine light). It was a pricey fix, but the highlight for me was that when some unexpected problems came up after the car was supposedly fixed, they took it back in and fixed it for good free of charge. I'd go to them again! Very kind and honest.

We were so lucky to find this place online after suffering some damage to our car on a road trip. We are from out of town and had limited time. The guys were so honest, friendly, and quick and even refused payment from us at first because it ended up being such a small quick fix. We insisted on paying them for their friendly and amazing service and work though. We are so grateful to them!

First of all, I’m not happy with myself for not just jacking up my sons Infiniti and finding out where the radiator leak was, second when I took the car in, I asked for an estimate but the car was repaired without approval. so I had no choice and third was the price for a clamp to come loose and be replaced that cost five dollars, refilled with radiator fluid and the total price came to $350. Just seemed a little hard for me to swallow. Don’t think I will be using your business anymore.

I cannot rave enough about the service that was provided when my starter/alternator crashed on Jan 2. I called around to find a place to take my car, but everyplace I called was closed due to the New Years Holiday. Then I remembered driving by Dales on Vista and gave them a try. They were open and made room in their busy scheduled to help me. After careful analysis and multiple conversations David and Sam provided a reasonable estimate and had my car ready to drive in just a couple of days. Customer service was EXCELLENT and professional and I have now found a new place to get my car serviced. It is not easy to find an automotive place with this kind of service and honesty. I lucked out! Thanks guys. Good work! I am now a loyal customer.

Sam got me into the shop asap and helped me find the most affordable ways to fix my vehicle. You can always identify an ethical shop when the owner tells you all the things you dont need to spend your money on. I love that all their work comes with a 2 year warranty. A+!
