Kenny and his team have next level customer service. They have found great tires at reasonable prices for my vehicles and trailers. They have installed suspension components for me. They have installed some fun aftermarket parts for me. They have done alignments for me. Basic maintenance and service for me. The list goes on. If you are looking for a shop that will remember your face and take care of you, look no farther. One of the few Family owned businesses left in this world!

Purchased a new pickup that needed some steps put on. These guys gave me a fair competitive price and did a GREAT job on install. They left no sign that they had even worked on the truck and had me in and out. Cannot recommend this company enough if you’re in the area

Great price, great service! The people here are amazing. I needed an oil change done right away and they were able to squeeze me in. Their price was half that of Jiffy Lube. Friendly staff and very helpful. I will definitely be back next time I need tires, oil change, or anything else. Thanks for being amazing and totally exceeding my expectations!

I have a 2011 Kia Sorento that has had a clunking sound in the area of the front suspension when driving on rough roads, for about a year. I have taken it to Kia of Gladstone, my mechanic, an auto body/repair shop, Les Schwab, and my brake guys. NONE of them could tell me what the problem was. It got worse and then a pretty significant squeaking sound started as well - much like an old rusty spring - when going over large bumps, like speed bumps. I finally took it to Dailey’s and had Alan take a look at it, and took him for a test drive. He diagnosed the problem in short order upon inspection and I left it with him for the repair (new control arms/ball joints). The car handles really well and makes absolutely no unusual/symptomatic noises or sounds any longer. Really great customer service from everyone I encountered throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this shop and Alan, specifically.

I work for Steele Electric. We picked up a large metal object in our tire this morning. We pulled into Dailey’s and no kidding, they fixed it for us in 3 minutes right in the parking lot. Would not accept any payment. I can’t say enough about this company!! They really saved our morning schedule. Thank you!!

Just rude... I own a company in Portland, Oregon and have lived in the area all of my life. I was referred by one of my employees and was hung up on before I could ask about the part I need installed. Just really upsetting...

This place is a ripoff. They don't stand behind any of their products and even give you a hard time about patching a flat tire purchased through them. I bought snow tires in December 2022 and just out them back in this November. I've now had 6 flats because the studs have pushed through the inside wall and Dailey's is unwilling to help. I didn't even get a full winter season of use and less than 13k miles, but regardless, they won't do anything for me. Don't go to Dailey's! They're untrustworthy and sell trash products and do garbage work.

Walked over this morning because my Tundra had a flat tire a block away. Walked right over patched my tire and had me drive it over to make sure it wasn’t leaking. No charge. Just a good man doing a good deed!

This place deserved more than 5 stars if I can give more . Our driver had a flat tire , came to Les Schwab and they can’t fix for several hours , even we are a regular customer there for over 20 years . I asked my driver to bring the van to a close by tire shop , and he came to this location , it was done in 15 minutes, we were not charged even though we are not their customer. I’ll definitely give our future tire business to this place . Thank you for rescuing us .
