I went to this dealership on 11/25/2024. Annel Rodriguez met me at the door. No one was doing anything but talking and laughing. No one else was there to buy a car. Mind you, that was 3rd day there looking at a Cadillac Xt6, which no one ever came out to help me. This day me and my husband decided to go in. He greeted us I told him I wanted to see the Xt6. He went and got it. I test drove it I liked it. It was expensive for the year and miles. I said I wanted to get it. We do the credit app. I NEVER hear from them again. I even texted him is it any updates ? He doesn't even have the decency to text back. If they are not selling, cars management needs to look into the salespeople they are horrible.

Agendé una cita y un servicio por un estimado de $200 por la página web y en el concesionario me querían cobrar $590, casi el triple. Le reclamé que ese no era el costo estimado y me dijeron claramente que podía irme. Ojalá esta experiencia le sirva a muchos clientes.

Rojuel is the straight up the best. I went to the dealer just checking on cars. Then he showed me the grand Cherokee which I always liked but I never believed I would buy one. He gave me all the information let me test drive it then I was sold. I am in love with the Grand Cherokee and Rojuel is the best person to showcase it.

Service department is run by a bunch of donkeys'. It takes a week to make an appointment and you still need to leave your car their for a week just to be seen to diagnose the problem, even when its under warranty , and they will over charge you in the end!

Assuming people are confusing the dealer with the service department when it comes to reviews because zero way this is a 5 star location. The rep I’ve been working with seems really nice and is really just the messenger. So this is not about my contact who probably deserves a raise. This is about their policies. A diagnostic takes at least 4 days. I called to make an appointment and was told to just come in during the week. I paid out of pocket for a rental since they do not offer loaners. I cannot be without a car with two small children and a full time job. The part needed to make the repair is on back order until 2024 and was charged a diagnostic fee to be told they cannot do the repairs. Rental plus diagnostic fee we are just about $400. Finally, my battery just coincidentally died at the dealership and of course they didn’t leave anything on like a light. So about $500+ JUST TO get my car checked out and told they cannot fix it.

Every single Jeep service department are all the same. Poor communication and lack of follow up. Do yourself a favor don’t buy a jeep. At least at this one, they answer the phone. Most of them I have to call multiple times if I’m lucky I get a human on the phone.

Purchase a pre order redeye hellcat tru this dealership worst experience ever buying a vehicle, frontend was smashed in looks like car was doing burnouts... they repair it paint didn't match refused to refund my money, never gave me my sub woofer in the trunk dont honor the warranty.. now i have numerous issues with the car at 20k miles and the list goes on .....this dealership never... Zero Zero. Zero

The communication with service representative was great through text. Service was good. It was a little expensive as you can expect from most dealer service, however, you can expect that the job is done right.
