Good service, I had a flat tire, they didn't have a tire similar to the ones I wanted. So the owner of the shop filled up air in my tire so that I could go to the next shop, they didn't charge anything, I tipped to appreciate them.

The only ones that answered the phone and helped at 7am. Had a tire blowout about 30 minutes from their shop. Decent price they really saved me. Best in houston in my book.

My tire popped by an HEB around 1am he came out and fixed my tire for me right in a parking lot plus saved me a lot of money(a lot of people were trying to overcharge me or make me pay for a tow) very professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again if needed

Great service. I was in a late emergency and I called about 4 places and I got no answer or one that answered said he was closed but showed they were open. When I called Poly he was nice and helped me with no hisitation defenitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I had the best experience ever with this shop. I needed 2 tires at 11 pm SM’s he came to me immediately- without me having to call a tire truck. He even came to get a tire, bring it back to his shop, and bring it back to my location- his prices were above and beyond fair for what I needed him to do. He MORE than accommodated me and I am SO thankful for him because this would have cost me about $500 additional if he didn’t come through for me! A definite blessing- I would never call anyone else! This man is not a guy to work with. I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from this man that call his self Polycap. He a very disrespectful man also in his feelings way too much. He also loses your title if you get a car from him. Change of words meaning he will change up what he said before. PLEASE DON’T WORK WITH THIS MAN ‼️‼️‼️.Thank you 🙏
