They cheat you and tell you that you have 2 nails in your tire. I confronted them yesterday and told them I know it’s just 1 nail in my tire so don’t tell me otherwise. So now I’m back here waiting on them to open because my tire was not plugged correctly. I am very very angry because I woke up with a flat on the same tire So they got there and I told them about my tire that they supposedly fixed. So they checked it and said it was a small puncture on the side wall that could not be fixed. So they punctured my tire the day before so I could come back and buy a tire. I cursed them out and told them to put my tire back on my vehicle so I can go to a legitimate shop and buy me a tire. Women do not go alone because they will cheat you. Better yet just go to a better shop. The 24 hr tire is good I should have followed my first mind and went there in the beginning

I've purchased tires from these guys on two separate occasions. The first tires are okay. That's what made me go back for the second time. When I purchase the second set of tires I had a flat the same evening at work. I work over an hour away from my home. I went back to the store to express my concerns to the manager and employees. I was told that the tire had a nail. The manager asked me would I like a new tire or would I like for him to patch the hole. Of course I want a new tire. He insisted on catching the hole in the tire. I'll take my business elsewhere

In stead of tightening my wheel bolts one after the other in a criss-cross pattern, you tightened them simply clockwise, in my face! It is not your skill, but your attitude! 0 star!!
