Rod is the most unprofessional business person I’ve ever dealt with. When I called to discuss my bill, he was screaming and yelling. I could not figure out why it would cost $75 an hour for six hours to install 2, one unit toilets. I had asked for an estimate and how much he charged by the hour, and he said he had no idea what he charges. I did not receive a written contract, which was my mistake. He charged me to come the day before to see if his trailer would fit in my HOA. Garbage trucks come once a week. Another charge. When I called to discuss the bill, he said the moment I saw you I knew you were no good. That is the first time I heard that. He wanted to party after the job was done. My sister was here and said Vicki let’s get out of here, he was a scary and very unprofessional man. He charged me $482 to install one unit toilets top 10 toilets and it took him six hours. Be aware and get a written contract. He is very sly sneaky and scary and very unprofessional .

Grate service. Did my pump, got me up and running in less thean a day. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond there duty. Checked my water level, made shut everything was functional before leaving.
