I don't know bout anyone else but they sent Leo from this company for a penske service call. He did the repair quickly and had us on our way. So 5 stars for Leo

Worse place . Don’t go there company owner is big scammer. If you come you will be stuck for 3-4 days . This place is only scrap yard . No truck mechanics 👎👎👎👎. They can’t fix trucks.They deserve no star .

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Had a trailer bust a axle mount out of the frame. No other shop would mess with it. These guys took on the project and did a excellent job on the repair. Fabricator did a great job cutting out the bad making the repair and plating the framing. Only took about 4.5 hours start to finish and the price seemed very fair. My new repair contact when I'm up in Detroit area. Only complaint I would have is the lot is a bit of a challenge to navigate but it's doable

Don’t do business, these people get credit , don’t pay, they write bad checks, stop checks , the owner is trash, and his two supervisor are liars! They have a whole bunch of different business names, all garbage!!

AVOID THIS SHOP, even if you're desperate. Zero communication, like LITERAL no communication at all!!!! You will screw yourself with these guys. Root Problem is the owner himself, all communication goes through him. And he doesn't answer right away and the work you want done doesn't always get done.

Brought the truck in almost 3 months ago. They told me four days. They sent the computers over to Canada. Two and a half months later they supposedly got them. Told me they would have a Don within four days. Now when I call I can’t even get a hold of them I’m out of state that I was taking avenge of the whole situation. Dial it’s coming up on Fourth of July weekend. Stay tune to the house because I’m calling the cops synonym in their detectives I’ve already talk to him the line it up I told him I’m gonna wait a couple more weeks and that’s it then I’m gonna send them in. I will definitely update us! This Ohta be interesting. The Primero realizes I’m a retired Lawn Forssman. Hopefully my son out with us trucking company. I also verbally text this I will go back and fix my grammar.

Called for a jump start, guy showed up, couldn't get truck started due to extreme cold and bad batteries. Offered to have it towed to their shop to let it warm up and to replace the batteries. I agreed. Tech said the tow would arrive in about 2 hours. 4 hours later I called, they informed me it would be there in 45 minutes. Well....24 hours later no tow truck and no phone call.

D & M purchased a rebuilt transmission from our company Sterling Truck Sales in Detroit, Michigan and we shipped it out of state to where their truck was broke down. 30 days later D & M Truck and Trailer then stopped payment of $ 5,000.00 on the transmission and they still have the transmission in the truck and the truck is in service running just fine. This is a company that is unethical and not a company to do business with. They have since sent 3 individuals into our company to try and purchase more transmissions in a different name, but we would never sell to D & M Truck and Trailer , nor any one associated with this bad company.

DO NOT USE OR COUNT ON THESE PEOPLE. Called a day early to schedule tow truck, everything was good. Called to check in at the time it was supposed to be there and he said it’s 1 hour out. 3 hours later and no tow truck showed up and they also quit answering their phone. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

I brought my box truck to them to change the wire harness for my lift. It’s been here 3days now. They haven’t did any work on it. I can’t get in touch with anyone. At this point I’m going to take it somewhere else

If I could give this company 0 stars I would with no hesitation. This company is completely unprofessional. Their communication is horrible. The staff is rude and they didn’t provide some of the services we requested. We asked for 6 fuel injectors, an oil change and to check our power cord. They only did 2 fuel injectors. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are not worth the headache.

They don’t answer the phone, angry mechanics, called them for 2 days they let it ring said they didn’t know where my truck was at???????????? Didnt do the work they said they would. Also said they could take my debit card payment over the phone then said they couldn’t. HAD TO PAY A FRIEND FROM A NEAR CITY TO PAY WITH CASH. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN AS LAST RESORT.
