I can't say enough about the outstanding service and honesty that D & E Quality Services consistently delivers. This shop is a true gem in the world of automotive repair. Tim, Reg, and the rest of the team are not only professional but also genuinely caring. They take the time to listen to my concerns, offer helpful advice, and explain the repairs needed in a way that's easy to understand. Quality is in their name, and you can trust the quality of their work. They take the time to inspect my car when I bring it in for an oil change and have alerted me to a nail in my tire, and an oil leak on another occasion, unbeknownst to me. Thank you to the entire team at D & E Quality Services for always going above and beyond!

I have nothing but great things to say about D&E. These guys are honest, reliable, responsive, and affordable. I recently took my Mercedes to D&E to have a lower control arm replaced. Tim had the job done in one day and for much cheaper than the $1300 estimate I had gotten at another local shop. Reg and Tim are great guys that truly care about their customers. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I have been using D&E since 1995. The following two anecdotes will tell it all. Tim, the owner, called me one day and said that one of his technicians had accidentally cracked something, and he was going to replace the part without charge. He did not have to tell me. He could have just charged me, and I would not have known the difference. On another occasion, a Lexus dealership wanted over $10,000 for their recommended repairs. I took the car to D&E for a second opinion. After reviewing the Lexus estimate and inspecting the car, D&E quoted me less than $3,000 for the necessary repairs. That was two years ago and nothing the dealership recommended but was not “fixed” by D&E has needed attention.

I took my C300 Mercedes to D&E after multiple other shops had no idea what the issue was. Tim @ D&E narrow the problem down within 24 hours and was able to repair it after locating the part. I almost had given up hope for repairs. I like to give [Tim] the Owner a special thank you and most of all- being Honest about everything. A wonderful place of Business / Very Professional.

These guys are very fairly priced and they will work on older cars that most other shops won't touch. There's no substitute for decades of experience.

They have taken care of of my 2000 Honda CRV since it was new. All maintenance has been done the same day except a valve job at 200,000 miles. They have kept my MPG higher than the EPA estimates. Great service.
