They have a CLOSED sign only on their front door and pick- up trucks around in back but have DO NOT ENTER signs.

The mechanic ran into the same problem as I did. Replacing the camshaft sensors and the crankshaft centers with after market. He called me and let me know that he would try oem and see if that would work and it did. It did cost me a little more than initially told but I got my car back in running condition and I was very happy with the results.

The man who answered sounded like he didn't even want to answer the phone. He got irate when I politely asked who I was speaking with. He just sounded over it. I have several cars and this place will not be getting any of my business.

This place is very accomadating for people that might even just visiting a friend on the whim, and doesnt even know their first and last name. Im a dence sometimes. Lol. Very nice people here, the lady didnt even pick on me. I might would have a customer though. It was quite a site. I was soaking wet that night head to toe. The lady let me in right away.

Excellent Experience from a Trustworthy Family Shop I have taken my wife's vehicle to D&D Auto multiple times, and have never dealt with a more knowledgeable and trustworthy. On the rare occasion they were not able to find the exact issue to repair the car (an internal AC problem in this case), they refused to charge me even for the time spent looking into it. Try getting that from a dealer or other mechanic. They have earned my trust, and a life long client for all of my vehicles, and anyone else i can send there way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Was treated like i was of no importance and brushed off. I had heard good things about this place and thats why I tried them out...or at least I went there in hopes that they could help. I wont go back and I will not willingly send anyone i know to there.

Couldn't quote for an oil change over the phone and suggested it might be $100 for my particular vehicle. Forget it.

Unwilling to do work because it wasn't "easy" and didn't trust work I did myself prior because he would have to "check to make sure it's not wrong." Sounds like something a dealership would say.
