I had taken my car to them and I appreciate how they did everything to take care of me but what I don’t appreciate is if you were not going to put the right light bulb in my car you could at least should of told me instead of me seeing it on my own, I will be calling the body shop Monday morning and I hope they can make it right. They should make right for the price they charged my insurance……

D & A Auto did an incredible job on my Silverado and my wife's Jeep Wrangler. I believe they went above and beyond what was asked of them! After repairing both vehicles they cleaned the outside and inside of both vehicles. I would highly recommend this company for any body work that needs to be done. Can't say enough what a great place and employees D&A Auto is! Thank you very much!

Purchased a truck that had come from and been repaired by D and A, their sticker was still in the window. Only 1k miles since they had it. They claim alignment checked. Was VERY out when I took to my local shop due to it wearing front tires very badly. They claim good frame. Rear frame bent over 2 inches above right rear axle, once I had bed off it was extremely obvious--a shop like this either should have caught it or, I hope not, they were aware of it and sold it misrepresented anyways. Sketchy.

Had a car backup into me. My issuance sent me to then. I was fine since I know 2 employees there since high school. Took them 3 weeks to fix my van. When I had dropped off I had asked then to make sure it was running gd since I got hit in the front. Few weeks after getting it back was haven ac issue and shifting with the transmission. It had work all fine before the wreck. So I called and was treated poorly. So I took my van to my auto shop. They fix the stuff and had notice that they don't attack my radiator back when they change the bumper and grill

They stand behind their work. We bought a salvage vehicle from them in 2019 which they restored to brand new looking. One of the things they had to do was replace the front bumper. The bumper came pre-primed and the primer failed. It is now 2024. They replaced the bumper and repainted it and it cost us nothing. This is the 6th salvage vehicle we have bought from them and they have stood behind everyone of them.

They are incredible every time I have gone through them! I’m an accidental person so I’ve used them quite a bit 😂 I would suggest them for all auto body/car needs.

They are the highest quality bodyshop of kalamazoo. The owners are down to earth and have a good team. You send your car there, it will get fixed.

These guys are grade A solid. Excellent work, timely and good communication about original quote and actual (which wasn't that much different). Randy and team are top notch and will get all of my future business. My truck looked better when I got it back then it did before my little fender bender. And the truck is but 2 years old. Thanks guys.

Great place to take your car for body work. Had a very pleasant experience from the day I received the estimate for repairs until the day I picked up my car after the work was done. It's a place that you know that the work will be done right. They care about the quality of their work. Jake and his employees make you feel like they care and will fix your car like it is their own. I plan to return to D & A Auto If I ever need their services again. I would highly recommend D & A Auto

I recently had some collision repair done by D&A. Fortunately, it had been 16 years since I needed any work like that. D&A did the work last time so I thought I would start with them. Simply: I am 100% satisfied with their work, but more importantly, with how I was treated. From my first call to Will, my initial estimate with Jeff, the help with rental car coordination, the completion ahead of promised time, the way my car was washed and thoroughly cleaned inside, including spotless windows and floors, and follow-up about a question after I picked the car up, I could not hope to be treated with more professionalism, respect, effective communications and friendly manner. I recommend D&A unconditionally.

I will only take my cars to D&A. They got me in for a estimate same day, fixed the car enough so I could drive it, offered a loaner to get me thru the "soft fix". Was clear on the date to bring it back. All around great customer service.

Wow, that is about all I can say. But I first got into the accident with my vehicle. No other garage was willing to take my truck. These Guys were willing to take it on was my project manager and was phenomenal cut updated along the way. They went above and beyond But they were supposed to do they essentially made my truck look brand new again even a couple of things that was wrong with it before the accident. I have heard horror stories about body shops, so Jake was nice enough to show me parts were replaced, and not Bondo And anytime I stopped in, would make me through and show me the progress.

They are all so nice to every one , I brought my car in to get my front end fix. Because a deer ran into my car. On opening day. They had my car for a week, they fixed it like brand new. I'm so happy with my car and the guys who work on it. They did a great job. I'd recommend D&A Auto Body Shop .to any one who needs body work done. Probably the nicest people I’ve met! Super understanding and kind. Being in a car accident is stressful enough and the individuals here were so extremely nice. They got back with my estimate really fast and were completely honest about any additional charges I might see when getting my car fixed. Once I come up with the money to get my car fixed I will 100% be taking it to this shop. So professional! And great communication!

This will be the second time we have used their services. Both incidents were caused by the other drivers. D and A has always put our vehicles back together . Will be picking up my Highlander tomorrow. Could not ask for a better Auto Body Shop and staff.
