I worked here. My direct boss left shortly after I got hired. That should have been my sign that this place might not be the right fit. I overheard one manager speaking negatively of me to one of the other production managers. I also witnessed theft by one of the upper managers. I was suddenly let go on my 90th day of work, without a valid reason. I contacted corporate HR about the slander and theft occurences and she never got back to me. Save yourself the trouble, and work somewhere that has integrity and class.

The employees like to sleep with each other in the bathrooms as well as the trucks and in the yard. HR apparently does nothing about this- I would sanitize any truck that came from them.

Custom Vehicle Solutions is one awesome place, very high tech and customizing trucks for everyday use for all kinds of companies is way beyond my imagination and this company is 5 stars and most definitely recommended for those companies that needs customized for those that needs more than a truck.

Delivery there and what an experience you have to call the be let in the gate very tight location even though once you’re in it’s practically straight back to the dock but a lot of parts and inventory scattered around the yard people here are friendly and eager to make sure you have no problems backing in to unload was in and unloaded in an hour and leaving the property no overnight parking but considering how crowded the place is not surprised. I would definitely come back again if was dispatched
