The fastest, most efficient, more affordable tire shop I’ve been to in Dallas. I called custom tires with a slow leaking tire (come to find out, I had 2) around 7:30 pm, they let me come right over and fixed the issue on both tires within minutes on my GLE.

Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a rim fixed or needing a tire!! It looks like the rim was never even bent!! They were so helpful and didn’t take advantage of me or my money. They fixed my rim in like 30 mins maybe and got a brand new tire for a great price!!! The dog they had out there was adorable and super sweet!!

2 Stars** because I bought 2 used tires and rotated the others, but they were directional and place on the wrong sides. Even worse lugs were over tighten 2 broke off. Manager on duty was fine with that outcome. 3 stars*** for decent used and priced tires. I was serious about buying. 4 stars**** for the mechanic on duty who gave his honest opinion on my steering rack issue.

I stopped in to see about getting some newer tires before winter and since mine were 5 years old. They had a set of 4 Hancook tires that still have almost all the tread on them. Instead of a grand at discount tire, these were about a third of the price. From the moment I pulled up to me, driving out was less than 30 minutes. Apparently, the gentleman who owns the shop has since 1975 and seemed like a good, honest person. I'm definitely happy I stopped in and did business with him.

I was told by 3 different tire shops that my car rim couldn't be fixed..... I find Serrano tires on Google took my car there they fixed the rim in 30 minutes extra professional I recommend them too anybody in Dallas.....

Needed new tires for the front end of the car and ended up getting good tires for even better prices. The people working here were very nice and did the work quickly. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back in the future.

These guys are the best. I limped here on a flat and they took good care of me. On a Sunday night! I replaced my tire for a reasonable price and was on my way with some solid advice and care. I appreciate this experience and this is now my go to place! Thanks!
