Dan texted me right away regarding my tire. After getting in from the warehouse he texted me to let me know it was in Within half hour my tire was changed and I was out the door. Thank you Dan and guys for taking care of me. I for sure will be back to get oil change and tires rotated. Totally recommend them. Thanks for welcoming me to the new area.

Had front struts replaced! C.C.Automotive had it repaired same day, also $400 cheaper then few other shops around the area. I WILL have them if needed, do more repairs.

the service there was 10/10. They didn't try to do anything extravagant just what I asked and even confirmed my suspicions about what a previous car place told me. 10/10 would recommend going there for all your car needs. They'll shoot you straight about what your car needs and I can really respect that.

Amazing service. Got me in and done with a walk-in emissions and safety test in thirty minutes with no appointment. The manager at the desk was so polite. Could not recommend this place any more!!!!! 😌

Had to take our car here after it started acting up on a trip to St. Louis. Us being from Springfield the guy there Josh did right by us being out of towners. Didn't end up being the results we wanted but hey at least they didn't try to take us for any more money than they had to!

I took my car here for state inspections. I received a call that it passed emissions but not safety because there was too much movement in the ball joints of both front tires and gave me a price to fix. When asked what kind of symptoms I could expect to experience, they described things I wasn’t experiencing and so I decided to get a second opinion. Upon pickup the story had changed to the ball joints were bad because the boots were torn up from wear and tear and there was a pin missing that would allow the wheel to dislodge from the vehicle if a turn was taken too hard. I felt that to be strange. Upon taking my vehicle to my regular mechanic who doesn’t do state inspections, that mechanic said the ball join indeed needed to be replaced, the pin was indeed missing and that the damage to the boot looked more like a cut than normal wear and tear. The price to replace the joints was half of Custom Complete’s price. They lost my trust and forever lost my business.

My muffler came loose and my regular mechanicis farther than I wanted to drive. I popped in on a Monday morning and was out within a little over an hour and it was affordable!

Was driving by and saw the sign saying “Need breaks. Stop in if you can”. The sign made me laugh so I stopped in. Josh was amazing and was able to fit me in then and there and fix my breaks. Great atmosphere and great service. Will 100% be coming back with any other problems I have.
