I've found finding a car repair service that is reliable can be challenging in Lincoln, especially for females. After having another car repair business fail to repair my vehicle a few times I scheduled an appointment at Custom Automotive Care. Custom Automotive Care provided great service & kept me up to speed on where they were at with repairs. They also took the time to provide in depth details on the services they were performing- what was normal/not normal diagnostically. Additionally, they informed me of suggested maintenance based on mileage. Their price quotes were accurate & their service was fantastic! After they serviced my car, I've had no issues & I overall feel it is running better- mileage, shifting, etc. They are now my auto repair shop of choice & I would highly recommend them as a top auto repair business in Lincoln.

Great people here, Justin the tech came out shook my hand after doing a real thorough check on a truck I brought in for a pre purchase inspection. I was a little skeptical of the truck I was looking at and noticed some things. So he explained everything and gave me his advice, now I’m looking at a different truck from a Ford dealership 😂. They printed out a couple packets for me which were also available online through a link they sent me, it had videos and pictures documenting their work listing every problem they’d found. Glad I went there they saved me, if I lived closer I’d probably go through them for every car issue I’d have, but who knows I might make the drive anyways, got that good gut feeling there that you don’t get at most places you know. Plenty more pictures I could take of the work they did but you get the point.

This is the only shop in Lincoln that I trust to work on my vehicles. The attention to details this shop exhibits is second to none. Trustworthiness, accuracy, and quality are words that come to mind when I think of the work I have had this shop do. In times when other shops would have taken my money and moved on Justin and his team diagnosed and guided me to a better solution.

I had a variety of issues with my vehicle. They were thorough and explained everything before getting authorization to complete the work. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to be a frequent customer here. I highly recommend this shop for auto repairs. One of the best in Lincoln!

They really try to get to know you as well as your vehicle. They get right to the point. Cut know corners. And they know how to take care of your car or truck.

This is a great company that gives thorough service. You talk to the people who actually worked on your car. They’re not trying to process numbers of cars/ transactions, they’re taking “ownership” of their results. They are also certified in all key disciplines of automotive repair and diagnostics. I’ve used them for over a year and their service is consistently excellent.

My 16 year old son blew a tire a block away not only did they let him pull over in there lot after hours but they helped changed his tire and wouldn't take any payment for it. Absolutely amazing customer service they have won my business for any future repairs any of my vehicles may need! Thanks again I truly appreciate your help this evening!!

Custom Auto Care took care of my scheduled fluid changes and oil change. They changed the fluids that needed changing and not the ones that were good, I don’t believe there is a more conscientious shop in town. They are super easy to work with! Gave me a loaner car as well!

I’ve used Justin for several years now for my vehicle repairs. I’ve referred my dad and many friends as well. Justin is very knowledgeable about vehicles and they do a complete inspection service before they fix anything. Some shops will nickle and dime you but Justin is honest and will tell you whether a repair is urgent or can wait a while. Very trustworthy auto shop and great customer service!

Took my sons car here to have his air conditioner fixed and the quote they gave me was $3,100 which I thought seemed high so I ended up going a few other places for quotes and they were all over $1,000 cheaper. They were going to charge over $2,000 just in labor! Talk about getting ripped off! I called and asked what they charge for labor by the hour and he said they don’t have a fixed rate it depends on the level of the job. I ended up having to pay $167 just for having them look at it. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.
