Curt’s Auto is without a doubt the best Auto Repair Shop. All staff are courteous, knowledgeable, dependable, reliable and respectful. The work is done right the first time and the customer is notified about any concerns that may develop. A full inspection is done on the vehicle and a report is given to the customer. They also provide routine vehicle maintenance. All customers are welcomed and treated like family. Highly recommend “If your car hurts, take it to Curt’s”!

I’m so glad I found Curt’s. I've had my car serviced there for the last 3 years, for major repairs, and a simple oil change. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. I like that it’s a family business. Seeing the same faces each time gives me confidence in their work and accountability. Ethan greets me like an old friend, takes the time to answer all my questions, and even remembers the crazy name I gave my car!

I've trusted Curt's for the last 10 years or so. Did a lot of cross referencing on websites, and a friend of mine had recommended them as well. Always honest with work that needs to be done; I would take the printout from the dealership after a recall service (they would always come up with a laundry list) and Curt's would always honestly go through it with me. Nice people as well.

I have taken several of my cars to Curt's in the past few years. Last week, I had my Suburban and Caravan serviced and the repairs were completed on time and in perfect condition. I like the way they analyze your vehicle, advise on what's needed, critical type, will soon need service and what is doing well on your car. The makes it easy to decide what is needed most and what will need to be looked at in the future. The staff is always polite and courteous. I highly recommend Curt's Auto Repair. They’ve been helping me keep my 2009 Chevy Malibu on the road. Whether it’s an oil change or a larger repair, they get it done, and done right. If you have an older classic car, this is THE place to take it. I was trying to get my 72 Cadillac in for some basic repairs and all the hot rod shops were booked out for months and wanted incredible amounts of money. Curt’s got me in and out within a day and the price was reasonable. They do outstanding work! I’m taking all my cars there now

My mechanic of 30+ years was unable to service the AC on my 2018 Accord. I found Curt’s on the Bumper to Bumper website. They did an awesome job, everything went just as they described it would. It is very obvious they value every customer. They now have another repeat customer, I will go back without hesitation.

Curts is our families go to auto shop. I have always felt that it was important to have a local, family owned place that will treat you like family, and I have always gotten that at Curts. Today, when I had to go to Flagstaff on short notice due to a death in our family, when my "oil low" light came on. I am less than 100 miles over the sticker recommendation, so I thought I could do the oil change later. I came in just to check the oil level, and it was really low. I asked if I could just put some fresh oil in it to go up to Flagstaff, and the mechanic said that would probably be ok, but we all know how the road from Phoenix to Flagstaff can be. They offered to squeeze me in for a quick oil change so that I could get back out on the road to grab my kid from NAU and get back home tonight. I am forever grateful that we found Curts 13 years ago when we moved into the neighborhood, and I recommend them to everyone.

As a young woman who is not from this area I was very concerned about taking my car to a shop and getting screwed over. I was so so grateful for Curt's Auto Repair. I talked to Amy on the phone and she is the kindest woman I have ever met. They squeezed me in to look at my car and did more for me than they know. Eric, who looked at my car, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and he explained to me the problem with my car. Ethan was incredibly helpful and very nice to talk to. I have taken my F650 tree truck into Curt’s multiple times. They have always fixed the issue even when Peoria Ford Fleet Services was unable to. Prices were reasonable, and staff is very easy to communicate with.

Very disappointed. Definitely never go back that place. I dropped my car for diff fluid change. With no any issues. After that diff lock light flashing.They said if I want to fix I have to pay and it's not related with fluid change. It was happened three days after I got back my car.

Curt's Auto Repair is the place to take your car when it needs repairs. We had a blinker issue that no one (not even the dealership) could repair, and they fixed the problem in a reasonable timeframe and at a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone having car issues to take their vehicle to Curt's. They even leave candy in your vehicle when you pick it up!

I have a GMC Suburban and it needed to be repaired. I called Curts and spoke to Eric and he was very helpful. I brought it in that morning and it was finished that afternoon. Works great and I had a few other questions for them and they answered them completely. I highly recommend them.
