We were in Wichita for 8 days. Prior to getting here we realized our generator would not start. In the 7 years we owned the coach, this was the first time we ever had this problem. We stopped by this facility and discussed the issue. They gave me several things to try. Upon returning to the RV park we tried the ideas they gave me to no avail. I called them and they worked me into their schedule within a few days. They found the issue and overnighted a new control module in. We returned the following day, they installed the part and my generator starts better than it ever has. Considering it is only 22 degrees and our coach is from Florida, I was very happy about that. The staff is very friendly and professional. The pricing was fair and competitive. Don’t hesitate using this facility.

I stopped in to get a price for oil and filter change for my RV. They quoted me $1,500.00. That's almost 3 times more then any other place in town. They're just not that good! I won't EVER go back!

Corporate answering center had us booked for appointment in less than 24 hours after our first call. Our visit at Cummins in Park City KS started with a greeting by Casandra, the service manger, and a discussion of our problem. A code MIL “559”. Not the easist of problems to deal with. The mechanic, Josh, had it fully understood in a few hours. The quote for repairs was very reasonable. The entire job was finished by 2pm that same day. Our 2020 motorhome with the ILS9 ran perfectly, and we were ably to continue our cross country road trip that same afternoon. We are so pleased with their service and accommodation of our time frame. Wednesday afternoon July 12th just stopped for the day in Oklahoma City, OK. Three yellow engine lights came on giving us a DEF warning. Thursday morning called several shops in OKC and they were all backed up, no help. Our next stop over was north of Witchita, KS so we called the Cummins dealer in Park City, Ks they said they could work us in that afternoon or Friday. They diagnosed the problem and actually had the parts in stock to get us back on the road. We may still need the Def header replaced but we are on our way. The entire staff understood our frustration and worked with us to get the RV fixed and back on the road. Thank you to all. The Harts

I could not be happier! These folks got me in checked out my generator on my RV, diagnostic check, ordered 2 parts and will be up in running in less than a day. Excellent service, excellent techs 👍🏻💯

The work they performed was great, the main issue was I had to initiate the calls ..all of them!! took my rv in for check of the on board Gen set. never heard a word for two weeks. When I called..oh it's the fuel pump..ok when will part be in? maybe tomorrow maybe 4 weeks. So I call back tomorrow..yes we have the part and your rv should be done by Friday. no phone call Friday. So I call back the following Tuesday.. oh yea we got it done..sorry no one called you! the lot in the back is big ..outta site outta mind maybe? I do feel fortunate to have a dealership here and besides the keeping on top of communication; I do find the facility is nice and clean and once I arrive in person the staff is friendly.

24 June 2021, I ordered an accessory drive gear. I paid $30.00 extra to have it in early. I was told it possibly could be here the next day, 25June2021, but most likely would be 28June2021. On 29June2021, I called and got ahold of their service center. They said the Wichita branch has my part. Upon picking it up, I asked the parts person, I paid extra to have this delivered early. Why did I not get a phone call yesterday? He replied, we call everyone on ordered parts. I had the old part with me at the parts counter when the parts counter person placed the order. The part that came in was not the right part. The service is to be continued.....

I would like everyone to know Melvin The service manager and Joe the Technicians are awesome people. They helped me and my wife out while traveling home with our motorhome. They provided great service and honest repair. If you have a Cummins this is the place.!!!

The parts and supplies here are of the best quality but on numerous occasions orders that we had placed over the phone never make it into the computer and we make a special trip here only to learn that our items are not in fact ready for us to pick up even though we were told over the phone they would be ready on such and such a date.
