Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris and Wayne at the Cummins in Columbia SC. Our RV was not running correctly and we pulled in on a Thursday and they had a full house of RVs/trucks to fix. Chris was able to squeeze in some time to put some filters in our RV and we were on out way Friday afternoon. We very much appreciated their help. Thanks so much!

Had a recall on my RV generator. William and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with. Both were kind, knowledgeable. And very patient…I was the first repair they completed for this national recall so it took a bit of extra research, time and care. William got me scheduled quickly after the part was in stock. Mike was kind enough to pull my air filter at my request, showed me how dirty it was and I was able to get an oil change completed as well. All in it took 2 hours. Comfortable waiting room with Direct TV and refreshments. Can’t thank them enough!

I got a great deal on a battery and even got help installing it. Cummins manufactures their own batteries for all light-duty and heavy-duty applications. Ask for Nigel when you go if you want the best friendly and superior service.

Joan, with the service call center was absolutely AMAZING today!!! She was able to save me thousands of dollars with her troubleshooting of our RV. I can't thank her enough! Keep up the Great Work Joan!

The parts department front desk are very unprofessional. No phone pickup or no help. I literally called over 10 times and left messages. Don’t waste your time calling☹️
